Dalloyau

DALLOYAU is the only culinary brand to serve the Palace of Versailles’ royal court since 1682. Over three centuries ago, founder Charles Dalloyau began serving the French royal family as Louis XIV’s master cook, a regal honour for the Dalloyau family that continued through the reigns of Louis XV, Marie Antoinette and beyond. Today, DALLOYAU is known for using premium ingredients to create classic delicacies from authentic, closely guarded French recipes. Top of the list is the world-famous Opéra Cake which was invented by DALLOYAU in 1955, along with other elegant French gourmet such as macaron, handmade chocolate, celebration cakes and an array of homemade gift boxes.
