The Little Creative Monster Inside You (“Event”) Terms and Conditions
1. The Event is open to NF Touch members (“Members”) only.
2. To participate in the Event, please purchase e-tickets for the Event. Please note that the last entry time is 7:30pm.
3. The date, time, venue, number of attendees and structure of the Event may be changed or the Event may be cancelled for any reason without prior notice or compensation. Please pay attention to any notices on NF Touch and/or the relevant shopping mall’s official mobile app, website and/or social media channels and/or at the relevant venue.
4. The Event is subject to these terms and conditions, the NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-conditions) and other applicable terms and conditions.
5. Each e-ticket for the Event is only valid for the timeslot specified on the e-ticket and the said timeslot cannot be changed. Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the commencement of the assigned timeslot. The e-tickets are subject to the “The Little Creative Monster Inside You” E-Ticket Terms and Conditions and other applicable terms and conditions.
6. All e-tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
7. Participants aged 12 or below must be accompanied by one (1) parent or legal guardian aged 18 or above. In this case, only one ticket is required for both the parent/legal guardian and the participant aged 12 or below.
8. All procedures must be completed in accordance with the instructions of the staff of Wealth Union Limited (“Nan Fung”). The staff of Nan Fung may require Participants to provide identification document(s) and/or other personal data (which may include but are not limited to their name, age, membership information, mobile number, email address and/or payment/credit card information) for verification of their eligibility, payment purposes, providing Event materials as requested by the Participants and/or for internal administrative and/or auditing purposes (as the case may require). Certain documents and information provided may be scanned or photocopied for internal record. A Participant may refuse to provide the requisite information, but Nan Fung may not be able to carry out the relevant procedure for the Participant or may even have to disqualify the Participant from the Event or any part thereof in that case.
9. Participants must ensure that all information they submit is genuine and correct.
10. Participation in the Event must be carried out in accordance with the instructions of the staff of Nan Fung and the organizer.
11. The Event (including all materials, tools and prizes (if any)) is organized/provided by third-party organizer(s). Nan Fung and/or its affiliates give no guarantee or warranty in relation to the Event (including but not limited to the content, facilities, relevant materials, finished products and services). Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall have no liability and shall not be held responsible or liable for any complaints, claims, loss or damage related to the Event whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct or indirect loss or damage related to the accuracy, quality, usage or any other aspects of the Event.
12. In no event shall Nan Fung and/or its affiliates be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature or causes beyond their reasonable control including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, shortages of labour or materials, fires, floods, storms, inclement weather, explosions, acts of God or delays or non-performance by third parties.
13. The Event may be subject to delays, errors or omissions resulting from technical issues such as problems with machines, servers or networks, etc., Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall have no liability and shall not be held liable for any delays, errors, omissions and/or any loss and/or damage in connection therewith.
14. All e-tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or traded for cash, other products, gifts or services.
15. Participants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the participation in the Event and confirm that their physical condition is suitable for participating in the Event.
16. Participants agree that their participation in the Event is at their own risk. Participants shall be responsible for their safety, the safety of the person(s) they are accompanying (including any children) and their respective personal belongings, and shall not cause any danger, injuries or nuisance, etc. to others or the property of others.
17. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall not be responsible or liable for any illness, injuries or damage/loss of property (including but not limited to liabilities, claims, demands or damages actual or consequential, disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected) caused by or in connection with the Event (including any materials, facilities and the finished products), and Participants shall be solely responsible for all such risks, liabilities, claims, demands and/or damages. Participants hereby waive any related claim or cause of action against Nan Fung and/or its affiliates, and release them from such liabilities. If a Member designates another person to participate in the Event (subject to the approval of Nan Fung and the organizer) (“Designated Person”), the Member and the Designated Person shall be jointly and severally responsible for all such liabilities, claims, demands and/or damages arising out of or in connection with any act, default, neglect or omission of the Designated Person (including but not limited to liabilities, claims, demands or damages actual or consequential, disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected), and shall indemnify and hold harmless Nan Fung and its affiliates in respect of the same.
18. The Event may be photographed and/or video-recorded by Nan Fung and/or its affiliates. Participants agree to be photographed and/or video-recorded during the process and hereby agree to Nan Fung’s and/or its affiliates’ use (including dissemination or publication) of such photographs and/or videos for commercial or promotion purposes.
19. All images, descriptions (including the product value (if any)) and marketing materials are for reference only.
20. If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or "extreme conditions" announced by the Government is in force 3 hours before the event commences, the event will be cancelled or postponed. Nan Fung reserves the right to make rearrangements depending on the actual situation and reserves the right of final decision.
21. Nan Fung reserves the right to modify the structure and content of the Event at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to: any content of the mobile app or website; the redemption/purchase method; these terms and conditions; other items; and/or termination of the Event. Participants should read the latest information about the Event, including the latest version of these terms and conditions, before participating in the Event. Whenever a Participant participates in the Event, he/she confirms that he/she has accepted all relevant changes to the structure and content of the Event. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates will not be responsible/liable for any loss and/or damage resulting from changes to the structure and/or content, including any alteration and/or update of the terms and conditions.
22. The Member and the Participant must thoroughly read and agree to all applicable terms and conditions of the Event and the Privacy Policy (https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-conditions#privacy_policy) and Personal Information Collection Statement (https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-conditions#personal_information) of Nan Fung. By providing personal data to Nan Fung, the Member/Participant is consenting to the Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Statement of Nan Fung and the collection, use, transfer, storage and processing of his/her personal data as described in these documents.
23. In case of any disputes, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision.
24. No person other than the relevant Member, Participant, Nan Fung and its affiliates will have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefits of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
25. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
26. These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) and all parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

The Little Creative Monster Inside You (“Event”) E-Ticket Terms and Conditions
1. Please present this E-ticket to participate in the Event. This E-ticket is only valid for the event and timeslot set out on the E-ticket, no request for changes will be entertained.
2. This E-ticket can only be used once. Please present this E-ticket for registration.
3. Only one child aged 12 or below together with one parent or legal guardian aged 18 or above, is/are allowed to participate in the Event with one E-ticket. Participants aged 12 or below must be accompanied by the parent or legal guardian aged 18 or above at all times.
4. Wealth Union Limited (“Nan Fung”) and/or its affiliates shall not compensate for any loss of time due to the Member being late or for any other reason. Nan Fung and/or the organizer reserve the right to disqualify late Members from participating in the Event or any part thereof.
5. This E-ticket will be forfeited automatically upon use or expiry. Printed copies or screen shots images will not be accepted.
6. This E-ticket is invalid and not replaceable or refundable if lost or considered by Nan Fung as defaced or damaged.
7. This E-ticket cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or traded for cash, other products, gifts or services.
8. The Event and this E-ticket are subject to these terms and conditions, “The Little Creative Monster Inside You” Terms and Conditions, the NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-conditions) and any other terms and conditions prescribed by Nan Fung from time to time. The Member and the participant hereby agree to the aforesaid terms and conditions.
9. Nan Fung is entitled to deal with any E-tickets in its absolute discretion at any time without prior notice or compensation.
10. Nan Fung reserves the right to void the E-tickets of any Member who is considered by Nan Fung as violating any law or any of the applicable terms and conditions or for any other reasons.
11. Nan Fung reserves the right to change the applicable terms and conditions at any time without notice.
12. By participating in the Event, the Member and the participant hereby agree to all applicable terms and conditions of the Event and the Privacy Policy (https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-conditions#privacy_policy) and Personal Information Collection Statement (https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-conditions#personal_information) of Nan Fung.
13. In case of dispute, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision on all related matters.
14. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
15. These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) and all parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
