【AIRSIDE "Hollow City" Immersive Live Action Role Playing (“Activity”) Terms and Conditions】

1.Activity Period：3-6, 10-13, 17-20, 25-27 and 31 October 2024 

2.Activity Location: Shop 112, 1/F, AIRSIDE

4.The date, time, venue, number of attendees and structure of the Activity may be changed or the Activity may be cancelled for any reason without prior notice or compensation. Please pay attention to any notices on the Facebook or Instagram page of AIRSIDE or at the relevant venue.

5.The Activity is subject to these terms and conditions, the Rules and Regulations for "Hollow City" Immersive Live Action Role Playing (website:https://bit.ly/3T9dgUB ), the NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions found in the “NF Touch” mobile app (if applicable) and other applicable terms and conditions.

6.There are different sessions of the Activity, all sessions will be conducted in Cantonese. 

7.Customers must hold a valid e-ticket for the relevant session of the Activity to participate in the Activity, please see the table below for the price of the e-ticket. Members of “NF Touch” (“Members”) may enjoy the Early Bird Discount and Student Discount (if applicable) for purchases of e-ticket via the “NF Touch” mobile app or the AIRSIDE website during the period from 3 September to 26 September 2024.

8.Each e-ticket is only usable for the designated time period on the Applicable Date (“Designated Period”). The Applicable Date and Designated Period of the e-ticket cannot be changed. Participants need to arrive at the Activity Location at least 15 minutes before the commencement of the Designated Period for their e-tickets and are required to sign a Participant’s Confirmation to complete registration and participate in the Activity. Any latecomers may be disqualified from participating and their e-ticket may be voided by Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited, its group companies and/or their respective agents (collectively, “Nan Fung”). Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall not be responsible for making any arrangement or compensation in such circumstances.

9.Participants shall follow the instructions of on-site staff to participate in the Activity in batches. Each session lasts about 30 minutes and has a maximum of 8 participants. Participants may need to wait for other participants in the same session to begin the Activity.

10.Payment for an e-ticket must be made by one of the prescribed online payment methods. Nan Fung may change the prescribed online payment methods at any time without notice.

11.Please review and confirm that all the information, including but not limited to type of e-ticket, date and time, the amount, and payment information, are true, accurate and complete before making the payment. Any discounts, deductions, coupons and privileges shall be applied before making the payment. Making of the payment shall mean that the customer accepts all items and amounts and no amendment requests will be entertained (including any requests for changing the Applicable Date or Designated Period of the e-ticket). All fees and liabilities arising out of a purchase made under a customer’s name are the customer’s sole responsibility.

12.All payments will be processed by third party payment service provider(s). Customers shall understand that their credit card/payment information may be stored with third party payment service provider(s) upon confirmation of the order information and payment. To the extent permitted by law, Nan Fung and/or its affiliates will not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect and consequential loss) suffered by customers by reason of (i) any failure, delay, interruption, suspension or any other restriction affecting their online payment; (ii) any errors, malfunctions or breakdown of their bank’s payment mechanism; or (iii) any other matter arising out of, or in connection with, the online payment system.

13.All e-tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or traded for cash, other products, gifts or services for any reason.

14.Customers must ensure that there are sufficient funds on the credit card or any related wallet to fulfil payment of an order. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates will not bear any responsibility in any case of failure of order placement caused by insufficient funds.

15.The e-tickets are subject to the “Hollow City” Immersive Live Action Role Playing E-Ticket Terms and Conditions (see https://bit.ly/3Te7QaB ) and other applicable terms and conditions. 

16.All e-tickets available for purchase will be on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.

17.Customers must ensure that any information they submit is genuine and correct.

18.The Activity and all related services, props and installations are organized/provided by third-party organizer(s).  Nan Fung and/or its affiliates give no guarantee or warranty in relation to the Activity (including any items, relevant materials and services) and shall have no liability in any event for any loss or damage related to any aspect thereof. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall have no liability and shall not be held responsible or liable for any complaints, claims, loss or damage related to the Activity. 

19.Each participant must follow the instructions of the staff of Nan Fung and the relevant organizer (if any) and the Rules and Regulations for "Hollow City" Immersive Live Action Role Playing in the conduct of the Activity. 

20.Participants must be aged 12 or above. 

21.The staff of Nan Fung and the organizer may require participants to provide identification document(s) and/or other personal data (including but not limited to their name, payment/credit card information, and (if applicable) membership information and/or student identity document) for verification of their eligibility, payment purposes and/or for internal administrative and auditing purposes. If a participant refuses or fails to provide the requisite information, Nan Fung and the organizer reserve the right to disqualify the participant from participating in the Activity. Before providing any personal data, participants must thoroughly read and accept the Personal Information Collection Statement (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-and-conditions#pics) and Privacy Policy (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-and-conditions#privacy_policy) of Nan Fung.

22.The Activity may be subject to delays, errors or omissions resulting from technical issues such as problems with machines, servers or networks, etc., Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall have no liability and shall not be held liable for any delays, errors, omissions and/or any loss and/or damage in connection therewith.

23.Nan Fung shall have no liability and shall not be held responsible or liable for any complaints, claims, loss or damage related to the Activity (including but not limited to complaints, claims, loss or damage related to the quality, content or usage of the Activity). 

24.Participants agree that their participation in the Activity is at their own risk. Participants shall be responsible for their safety and the safety of their companions (including their children) and their respective personal belongings. Participants shall not cause any danger, injuries or nuisance, etc. to others or the property of others. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall not be responsible or liable for any illness, injuries or damage/loss of property (including but not limited to liabilities, claims, demands or damages actual or consequential, disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected) in connection with the Activity, and participants shall be solely responsible for all such risks, liabilities, claims, demands and/or damages. If a Member / customer designates another person to participate in the Activity (subject to the approval of Nan Fung and the organizer) (“Designated Person”), the Member / customer and the Designated Person shall be jointly and severally responsible for all liabilities, claims, demands and/or damages arising out of or in connection with any act, default, neglect or omission of the Designated Person (including but not limited to liabilities, claims, demands or damages actual or consequential, disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected).

25.The Activity may be photographed and/or video-recorded by Nan Fung and such photographs and videos will be used for promotion usage. Participants agree to be photographed or video-recorded during the Activity.

26.All images are for reference only.

27.The Activity may be cancelled or altered due to inclement weather conditions or other factors, Nan Fung reserves the right to make rearrangements depending on the actual situation and reserves the right of final decision.

28.Nan Fung reserves the right to modify the structure and content of the Activity, including any content of the mobile app or the website; the purchase method; these terms and conditions; other items; and to terminate the Activity, at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customers/participants to keep themselves up-to-date in respect of any changes to the structure and content of the Activity, including these terms and conditions. Whenever a customer/participant participates in the Activity, he/she will be deemed to accept all relevant changes to the structure and content of the Activity. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates will not be responsible/liable for any loss and/or damage resulting from changes to the structure and/or content, including any alteration and/or update of the terms and conditions.

29.Purchase and use of e-ticket and participation in the Activity will all be deemed to be the acceptance of all applicable terms and conditions of the Activity by the relevant persons. 

30.In case of any disputes, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision.

31.The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.

32. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) and all relevant parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

 "Hollow City" Immersive Live Action Role Playing (“Activity”) E-Ticket Terms and Conditions*

1. This E-ticket is only usable on the above printed Date and within the above printed period (“Designated Period”). The applicable date and Designated Period of this E-ticket cannot be changed.
2. Participants need to arrive at the Activity location at least 15 minutes before the commencement of the Designated Period for their e-tickets and present this E-Ticket. Participants may need to wait for other participants in the same session to begin the Activity. Any latecomers may be disqualified from participating and their e-ticket may be voided by Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited, its group companies and/or their respective agents (collectively, “Nan Fung”). Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall not be responsible for making any arrangement or compensation in such circumstances.
3. This E-ticket can be used to participate in one session of the Activity, the actual time for the session is arranged by the on-site staff. Please follow the instructions of on-site staff to participate in the Activity. 
4. Participants must be aged 12 or above. 
5. This E-ticket can only be used by the individual who purchased the E-ticket and can only be used once. 
6. If this E-ticket is purchased using the Student Discount, the participant must present the original of a valid student identity document.
7. Nan Fung shall not be liable for any loss of time due to the participant being late or for any other reason. 
8. This E-ticket will be forfeited automatically upon use or expiry.  Printed copies or screen shots images will not be accepted.
9. The staff of Nan Fung and the organizer may require participants to provide identification document(s) and/or other personal data (including but not limited to their name, payment/credit card information, and (if applicable) membership information and/or student identity document) for verification of their eligibility, payment purposes and/or for internal administrative and auditing purposes. If a participant refuses or fails to provide the requisite information, Nan Fung and the organizer reserve the right to disqualify the participant from participating in the Activity. 10. This E-ticket is invalid and not replaceable or refundable if lost or found defaced or damaged.
11. The Activity and this E-ticket are subject to these terms and conditions, AIRSIDE “Hollow City”  Immersive Live Action Role Playing Terms & Conditions (see https://bit.ly/3Te7QaB), the Rules and Regulations for "Hollow City" Immersive Live Action Role Playing (seehttps://bit.ly/3T9dgUB), the NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions (if applicable) (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-conditions#terms_and_conditions) and any other terms and conditions prescribed by Nan Fung from time to time. 
12. Nan Fung is entitled to deal with any E-tickets at its absolute discretion at any time without prior notice or compensation. 
13. Nan Fung reserves the right to void the E-tickets of any person who is considered by Nan Fung as violating any law or any of the applicable terms and conditions or for any other reasons.
14. Use of this E-ticket or participation in the Activity will all be deemed to be the acceptance of all applicable terms and conditions by the relevant persons. 
15. In case of dispute, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision on all related matters.
16. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
