Terms and Conditions

E-Tickets are for personal use only. All e-Tickets are not exchangeable, refundable, transferable, redeemable for cash or other goods, gifts or services for any reason.
Limited places are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Purchase of e-Tickets must be made using one of the designated online payment methods. Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited, its group companies and/or their respective agents (collectively, "Nan Fung LP") may change payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Before making payment, you must review and confirm that all information, including but not limited to the event name, date and time, amount and payment information (if applicable) are true, accurate and complete. Confirming payment means that you accept all items and amounts. You are responsible for all fees and responsibilities arising from all purchases.
All payments are processed by third-party payment service providers. You understand that after confirming the order information and payment, the credit card information/payment information may be stored with the third-party payment service provider. To the extent permitted by law, Nan Fung LP will not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect and consequential loss) caused by (i) any error, delay, interruption, suspension or restriction affecting your online payment, or (ii) any error, inaccuracy or malfunction of your bank payment system, or (iii) any other matter arising from or related to the online payment system.
You must ensure that there are sufficient funds in the credit card or relevant payment account used for payment to pay the order amount. Nan Fung LP will not be liable for any order failure due to insufficient funds in the payment account.
Nan Fung LP will not be responsible for any delay or failure caused directly or indirectly by natural disasters or causes beyond the reasonable control of Nan Fung, including but not limited to COVID-19, epidemics, disease outbreaks, pandemics, government measures, social distancing measures, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunications equipment failures, other equipment failures, power failures, strikes, labor disputes, labor or material shortages, fires, floods, typhoons, explosions, acts of God or delay or non-performance by a third party.
Participants are required to comply with all disease prevention and control measures and arrangements as instructed by Nan Fung LP and relevant organizers (if any).
All participants are required to ensure that any information provided is true and correct. Participants must read and agree to Nan Fung LP's Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Statement (please visit https://www.nftouch.com.hk/tc/tnc) before providing any personal information.
Participants are required to follow the instructions of Nan Fung LP staff.
Nan Fung LP staff may require participants to provide proof of identity and/or other personal information (including but not limited to name and/or payment/credit card information) for verification of eligibility, payment purpose and/or for internal administrative and audit purposes. If participants refuse to provide the required information, Nan Fung LP reserves the right to refuse to proceed with the relevant procedures/provide services to the participants.
The workshop may be organized/provided by a third party. Nan Fung LP does not make any warranty or promise regarding the products, materials, information and services provided/sold by third parties, and shall not be liable for any related losses or damages. Nan Fung will not be responsible for any complaints, claims, losses or damages related to events organized by third parties.
Participants are responsible for ensuring their own safety and property, and must not disrupt public order, cause any danger, harm or nuisance to any person or other people's property. Nan Fung LP will not be responsible for any injury or property damage/loss caused by participating in any promotion, activity or event of this event, and participants must bear all responsibilities, claims, demands and/or compensation alone.
Nan Fung LP may take photos and/or videos during the event for promotional purposes. Participants agree to be photographed or filmed during the process.
All pictures are for reference only.
The event may change the date, location, number of participants and method or be cancelled due to government restrictions on gatherings, bad weather or other reasons without prior notice or compensation. Nan Fung LP will make further arrangements depending on the situation and reserves the final decision on all arrangements.
Nan Fung LP reserves the right to change the structure and content of this event at any time, including but not limited to any content of this event, these terms and conditions, other items and terminate this event without prior notice. Participants are responsible for understanding the latest changes to the event structure and content, including changes to these terms and conditions. Participants' participation in this event shall constitute acceptance of all changes to the relevant event structure and content. Nan Fung LP shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage caused by changes and/or updates to the event structure and/or content, including its terms and conditions.
Participation in the event constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions of this event.
In the event of any dispute, Nan Fung LP reserves the right to make the final decision.
In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
