1. By enrolling in the Classes, you are deemed to have read and agreed with these terms and conditions. 

2. If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force 2 hours before the workshop is scheduled to begin, the workshop will be cancelled. 

3. Participants should arrive 10 minutes before the confirmed time of the Classes. 

4. Places are arranged on a first-come-first-served basis, please register via NF Touch in advance. 

5. Each NF Touch Member (“Member”) can enrol a maximum of 2 places. The place(s) of any Member who arrives late to the workshop will be cancelled without compensation. 

6. If any person under the age of 18 wants to participate in the workshop, he/she shall be accompanied by at least one (1) parent or legal guardian over the age of 18. 

7. Payment for an e-ticket must be made by one of the prescribed online payment methods. Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited (“Nan Fung”) may change the prescribed online payment methods at any time without notice. 

8. Members shall be responsible for reviewing and confirming that all the information, including but not limited to (where applicable) name of the e-ticket, date and time, the amounts, and payment information, are true, accurate and complete before submitting the registration and/or making the payment. Any discounts, deductions, coupons and privileges shall be applied before making the payment. Submission of the registration and/or making of the payment shall mean that the Member accepts all items and amounts. and no amendment requests will be entertained (including any requests for changing the applicable date and time slot of the e-ticket). All fees and liabilities arising out of a purchase made under a Member’s name are the Member’s sole responsibility. 

9. All payments will be processed by third party payment service provider(s). Members shall understand that their credit card/payment information may be stored with third party payment service provider(s) upon confirmation of the order information and payment. To the extent permitted by law, Nan Fung and/or its affiliates will not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect and consequential loss) suffered by Members by reason of (i) any failure, delay, interruption, suspension or any other restriction affecting their online payment; (ii) any errors, malfunctions or breakdown of their bank’s payment mechanism; or (iii) any other matter arising out of, or in connection with, the online payment system. 

10. Members must ensure that there are sufficient funds on the credit card or any related payment account to fulfil payment of an order. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates will not bear any responsibility in any case of failure of order placement caused by insufficient funds. 

11. Members who have successful enrolled in the Classes will receive a confirmation email with a QR code. The Member is required to present the QR code for workshop registration on the applicable date. 

12. Each participant of the Classes must follow the instructions of the staff of Nan Fung and the relevant organizer in the conduct of the Classes. 
13. Participants agree that they participate in the classes at their own risk and are solely responsible to ensure the personal safety and property of themselves and their accompanying persons, and must not cause any danger injury or nuisance, etc. to another person or another person’s property. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall not be responsible or liable for any illness, injuries or damage/loss of property (including actual, indirect, disclosed, undisclosed, known, unknown, suspected and unsuspected liability, claims, demands or damages) arising out of or in connection with the Classes (including the finished product) or use of the e-ticket. Each participant, and for participants who are under the age of 18, the parents or legal guardian, shall solely be responsible and liable for all liabilities, demands, claims and/or compensation (including actual, indirect, disclosed, undisclosed, known, unknown, suspected and unsuspected liabilities, demands, claims or compensations) arising out of or related to the actions, defaults, negligence or omissions of the participant and his/her accompanying persons, and the participant and the parent / legal guardian shall indemnify Nan Fung and its affiliates in full. 

14. The classes (including all materials and tools) are organized/provided by third-party service provider(s). Nan Fung and/or its affiliates give no guarantee or warranty in relation to the workshops (including the activities, facilities, relevant materials, finished products and services) and shall have no liability in any event for any direct or indirect loss or damage related to any aspect thereof, including but not limited to the accuracy, quality or usage. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall have no liability and shall not be held responsible or liable for any complaints, claims, loss or damage related to the workshops whatsoever. 

15. In no event shall Nan Fung and/or its affiliates be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature or causes beyond their reasonable control including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, shortages of labour or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God or delays or non-performance by third parties. 

16. The date, time, venue, number of attendees and structure of the Classes may be changed or the Classes may be cancelled for any reason without prior notice or compensation. 

17. Nan Fung may take photos and/or video recordings during the Classes for promotional purposes. Participants consent to being filmed or videotaped in the process. 

18. All e-tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or traded for cash, other products, gifts or services for any reason. 

19. All images are for reference only. 

20. The Classes is subject to these terms and conditions, the NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions found in the “NF Touch” app and other applicable terms and conditions. 

21. Nan Fung reserves the right to modify the structure and content of the Classes at any time without prior notice, including any content of the NF Touch app or the website; these terms and conditions; other items; and termination of the workshop. It is the responsibility of the participant to keep themselves up-to-date in respect of any changes to the structure and content of the Classes, including these terms and conditions. Whenever a participant participates in the workshop, he/she will be deemed to accept all terms and conditions of the workshop and all relevant changes to the structure and content of the workshop. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates will not be responsible/liable for any loss and/or damage resulting from changes to the structure and/or content, including any alteration and/or update of the terms and conditions. 

22. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions. 
23. In case of any dispute, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision. 

24. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of Hong Kong and all relevant parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
