Day & Night Parking Privileges Terms & Conditions:

1.      By using the Privileges offered by AIRSIDE, each user (the “User”) is deemed to have agreed to accept and comply with these Terms and Conditions, AIRSIDE Carpark’s Rules & Terms of Use, NF Touch Terms and Conditions and other applicable law, rules and regulations, terms and conditions.

2.      The day parking privilege is only applicable to vehicles which enter the Carpark on or after 08:00 hrs and exit 18:59 hrs on Mondays to Fridays (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays). For vehicles which enter before 08:00 hrs and exit the Carpark after 19:00 hrs, an additional parking fee on a normal hourly basis will be charged.

3.      The night parking privilege is only applicable to vehicles which enter the Carpark on or after 21:00 hrs on Mondays to Sundays (including Public Holiday) and exit 07:59 hrs of the following day. For vehicles which enter before 21:00 hrs and exit the Carpark after 08:00 hrs, an additional parking fee on a normal hourly basis will be charged.

4.      The actual time of the vehicle entering and exiting Carpark will be based on the records of AIRSIDE, which shall be final and conclusive.

5.      Day parking and night parking privileges can be enjoyed simultaneously with the AIRSIDE free parking privileges. The free parking hours for the free parking privilege are counted down from the time the vehicle leaves the Carpark. For the terms and conditions regarding AIRSIDE free parking privileges, please refer to the below "Free Parking" Section.

6.      All privileges are applicable to hourly parking of private vehicles and motorcycle only.

7.      Other AIRSIDE Carpark’s Rules & Terms of Use also apply.

8.      Rich Union Development Limited (“Nan Fung”) reserves the absolute right to a) change or amend any of these terms and conditions from time to time without any prior notice; and b) refuse granting any privilege without giving any reasons.

9.      In case of dispute, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision on all related matters.

10.  The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.

11.  These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of Hong Kong and all relevant parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Present a maximum of 2 same-day receipts made with electronic payment from different merchants to enjoy the following free parking hours (Enjoy up to 5 hours of free parking per visit)

^ The screening date printed on the movie ticket shall prevail.

AIRSIDE Free Parking Privileges - Terms and Conditions 

Parking Privilege 1: Redemption of AIRSIDE Free Parking Privilege with Designated Spending 

1. Redemption location: G/F or 2/F Concierge of AIRSIDE (“Redemption Location”) 
2. Service hours of the Redemption Location: 7:00 am-11:59 pm daily (“Service Hours”) 
3. Shoppers may apply for the following applicable free parking privileges (“Parking Privilege by Spending”) for each car entry upon meeting the relevant conditions (up to a maximum of 5 free parking hours in total, as detailed in clause 13 below):- 

a) Same-Day Spending Offer: Upon meeting the following minimum cumulative same-day^ electronic spending amounts at AIRSIDE (based on a maximum of 2 eligible receipts), a shopper may apply for the following free parking hours:- 

b) Upon successful application for the Same-Day Spending Offer set out in sub-clause (a) above, the applicant may apply for additional free parking hours by presenting the following document(s) at the Redemption Location:- 

i. Same-Day Movie Ticket Offer: By presenting 2 same-day^ movie tickets issued by MCL AIRSIDE Cinema, the applicant can apply for 2 additional hours of free parking Provided That the Same-Day Spending Offer is not granted based on the spending for the relevant movie tickets (in which case the application for Same-Day Movie Ticket Offer will be rejected); AND / OR
ii. NF Touch Member Offer: By presenting valid proof of the applicant’s NF Touch membership, he/she can apply for 1 additional hour of free parking. 
^ “same-day” means the date shown on the relevant receipts and electronic slips or the screening date printed on the movie ticket (as the case may be) must be the same day as the date of the redemption. 

4. The original of each receipt must be presented with the matching original electronic payment slip. Each receipt and movie ticket can be used for redemption of a Parking Privilege by Spending once only, and the amount shown on the receipt cannot be split. Receipts, electronic payments slips and movie tickets which are photocopied, reprinted, reused, damaged, hand-written, expired (redemption not completed within the day of the spending) or of non-eligible transactions, merchant copies and transactions which are refunded, unposted, incomplete or cancelled and any similar receipts, electronic payment slips, movie tickets or transactions will not be eligible. All receipts, electronic payments slips and movie tickets presented for redemption will be stamped as part of the redemption procedure. 
5. To apply for a Parking Privilege by Spending, shoppers are required to visit the Redemption Location during the Service Hours on the day of parking and before car pick-up, and provide the requisite information and documents for the application to the relevant staff at the Redemption Location, including:- 

a) the same-day original machine-printed receipt(s) and the corresponding original electronic payment slip(s) issued by designated merchant(s) at AIRSIDE; 
b) (if applicable) the original same-day movie tickets issued by MCL AIRSIDE Cinema; 
c) (if applicable) NF Touch membership QR code page in the NF Touch mobile app (screenshots will not be accepted); 
d) Octopus Card used for Carpark entry; and/or 
e) Other information and/or documents as may be reasonably required by the relevant staff at the Redemption Location for the purpose of processing the application for the Parking Privilege by Spending. 

Certain documents and information provided may be scanned or photocopied for internal record. A shopper may refuse to provide the requisite information, but Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited (“Nan Fung”) will be unable to process his/her application in that case and may refuse the redemption of the Parking Privilege by Spending. 
6. Each Parking Privilege by Spending is limited to one vehicle only. Each receipt or movie ticket can only be used once for redemption. If a shopper is found using the same set of receipt or movie ticket for redeeming a Parking Privilege by Spending more than once, the redeemed Parking Privilege by Spending will be considered invalid and any corresponding NF Points awarded to the relevant transaction will be deducted, the shopper will be requested to settle any outstanding parking fee. 
7. Eligible receipts exclude such amount in a transaction paid by coupons, cake cards and wedding coupons, stored-value cards, certificates, vouchers, cash dollars or similar items; such spending amount in a transaction that are deducted through discounts, discount codes, promotional codes and the like; transactions paid by cash; transactions paid on a third party mobile application, including online transactions and/or orders from a merchant’s website or mobile app; charity donations; payment of parking fees; receipts for wedding banquet(s), private/commercial banquet(s) and the like; payment of tips; payment of insurance premium; purchase of event/exhibition/show tickets; purchase of any kinds of membership(s), pre-paid items (save and except prepayments for pet grooming services), cash vouchers, gift cards, coupons, stored value cards, pre-paid cards or similar items; purchase for gold pellets, grains, bars or deposits for the gold saving club; adding value to Octopus cards, stored value cards or pre-paid cards or similar items; payment of bills; transactions conducted through a third party mobile application (app) for food and beverage takeaway services; transactions which are subsequently cancelled, refunded or withdrawn; transactions conducted at/with/for/through travel agencies, property agencies, elderly homes, beauty services providers (save and except purchases of beauty products and transactions for pet grooming services) and medical or dental clinics/service providers; transactions settled by split payment (receipts for the same goods/services split into more than one sale receipt and/or electronic payment slip) (for the avoidance of doubt, for instalment payment, the full amount listed on the merchant's machine-printed receipt will be counted and for once only); specified transactions announced by Nan Fung; or any similar transactions determined by Nan Fung at its absolute sole discretion (but no prior notice is required). 
8. Nan Fung shall have the absolute discretion to determine whether or not a transaction or the relevant spending is eligible for the Parking Privilege by Spending.  
9. Free parking hours redeemed with the Parking Privilege by Spending will automatically be applied in accordance with clause 14 to settle the parking fee (or any part thereof) after successful redemption, it cannot be reserved for future visit(s) to AIRSIDE.  

Parking Privilege 2: Redemption of AIRSIDE Free Parking Hours via NF Touch Mobile App using NF Points and/or e-Coupons 

10. NF Touch members may redeem free parking hours with NF Points/e-Coupons via NF Touch Mobile App (up to a maximum of 5 free parking hours in total, as detailed in clause 13 below) (“Free Parking with NF Points and/or e-Coupons”).  Please refer to the NF Touch Mobile App for details. 
11. NF Touch members must activate the contactless parking function on NF Touch Mobile App for their vehicle to redeem Free Parking with NF Points and/or e-Coupons. 
12. To redeem and use the Free Parking with NF Points and/or e-Coupons, NF Touch members must manually apply the relevant NF Points or the e-Coupon(s) via NF Touch Mobile App before leaving AIRSDE. 

General Terms and Conditions 

13. Each vehicle can only enjoy a maximum of 5 hours of free parking at AIRSIDE for each time it is parked in the AIRSIDE Carpark (based on the aggregate of free parking hours redeemed with Parking Privilege by Spending and Free Parking with NF Points and/or e-Coupons). 
14. If the total parking hours exceed the free parking period, the parking fee payable by the shopper will be calculated on the following basis:- 

a) The free parking hours will be applied first, and the applicable period will start from the time when the vehicle leaves the carpark and be counted backwards; 
b) The remaining parking time will be charged based on the applicable hourly rate, day parking charge and/or night parking charge (applying the lowest rate applicable).  

15. All privileges cannot be split, transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash, cash-equivalent coupons or other goods or services. 
16. Employees of merchants at AIRSIDE are ineligible for Parking Privilege by Spending or Free Parking with NF Points and/or e-Coupons. 
17. Other Carpark terms and conditions , AIRSIDE Carpark’s regulations, NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions  and other applicable law, rules, regulations, terms and conditions apply. 
18. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall not be responsible or held liable for any loss, error or delay, etc. due to any computer, network, server failure or malfunction or any other technical problems.  
19. Shoppers must thoroughly read and accept the Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Statement of Nan Fung. 
20. The shopper hereby agrees to all applicable terms and conditions of the privilege and the Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Statement of Nan Fung.  
21. Nan Fung reserves the absolute right to (i) change or amend the terms and conditions (including the promotion period) from time to time without any prior notice; and (ii) refuse granting any privilege if there is any problem with the information and/or documents provided by the shopper, or for any other reason. 
22. In case of dispute, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision on all related matters. 
23. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions. 
24. These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Hong Kong and in the event of any disputes, all relevant parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
