PET ZONE RULES AND REGULATIONS

Pet owners may bring his/her domesticated pet(s) into the AIRSIDE subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By bringing pet(s) into the AIRSIDE, the pet owner is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. 1. The only pets permitted to enter the AIRSIDE are domesticated pets. All other animals are prohibited, unless with prior written consent from the Company.
2. 2. “Fighting dogs”, or other “known dangerous dogs” as classified under the Dangerous Dogs Regulation (Cap 167D) are not allowed to enter AIRSIDE.
3. 3. Pet(s) should not be left unattended or unleashed under any circumstances.
4. 4. Pet owners may bring no more than 2 pet(s) to the AIRSIDE.
5. 5. Dogs should be duly inoculated against rabies and all pet(s) should be fully vaccinated against common infectious diseases. Original proof of vaccination may be required to be shown to the staff onsite before entry to the AIRSIDE is permitted.
6. 6. Pet owners are permitted to walk their pet(s) at the AIRSIDE Pet Zone and shall always keep their pet(s) on a leash of no longer than 1.5 meters in length.
7. 7. Pet owners shall ensure at all times while at the AIRSIDE that their pet(s) are under proper control and are effectively restrained from causing nuisance or danger to others. Pet owners shall prevent their pet(s) from making excessive noise at the AIRSIDE.
8. 8. Pet owners shall always keep the AIRSIDE Pet Zone clean and hygienic, and use their own sealed bags, containers and/or tools for immediate clean-up of any faeces or urine of their pet(s) before proper disposal.
9. 9. Pet owners shall be solely responsible for their safety and the safety of their pet(s) and/or their property and/or belongings, and shall be solely responsible for any injuries and/or damage to and/or loss of property and/or belongings of others and/or their pet(s) while at the AIRSIDE. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall not be responsible and do not assume any liability for any such injuries, damage and/or loss, whether such injuries, damage and/or loss is caused by the Company or otherwise.
10. 10. Pet owners must abide by all applicable laws and regulations, terms and conditions and the instructions of the AIRSIDE staff. If pet owners are found to be in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions and/or if the Company in its sole discretion determines that the behaviors of the pet(s) or their owners are a threat to and/or a disturbance to others, the Company shall have the right to deny entry to the AIRSIDE or request the pet owners and their pet(s) to leave immediately.
11. 11. In case of disputes, the decision of the Company (including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions) will be final and binding on all parties concerned.
12. 12. The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions is for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the provisions of the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
13. 13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. All relevant parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

These Terms and Conditions are issued by the AIRSIDE Customer Service Centre (together with its affiliates and their respective representatives, the "Company").
