【 “Winter Voyage” (“Campaign”) Terms and Conditions】

1. Campaign Period: 23 November 2023 – 19 January 2024 (both dates inclusive) 
2. Venue: Shop 217, 2/F, AIRSIDE
3. Venue Operational Hours: from 11:00am to 8:00pm during the Campaign Period, other than times when the mall is closed due to Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning or any other reasons 
4. The date(s), time(s), location(s), number of attendee(s) and structure of the Campaign and/or the related activity(ies) may be changed or the Campaign and/or the related activity(ies) may be canceled for any reason without prior notice or compensation. Please refer to any notices on the Facebook page of AIRSIDE or at the Venue.
5. The Campaign (including all activities) is subject to these terms and conditions, the NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions found in the NF Touch mobile app and other applicable terms and conditions.
6. Each member of “NF Touch” (“Member”) may apply to purchase the following e-ticket(s) for the Campaign (“E-ticket(s)”) via the NF Touch mobile app. The price and the items included for each type of E-ticket are set out in the table below (each item in an E-ticket, save and except the Bouncetopia Admission Ticket (defined below), is hereinafter referred to as an “Activity”):

Please refer to the NF Touch mobile app or the AIRSIDE website for further details (including the time and content of each Activity). For further details relating to the Bouncetopia Admission Ticket, please refer to the details set out on the Bouncetopia Admission Ticket.

1. If Members require assistance with the purchase of the E-ticket(s), they may visit the Venue during the Venue Operational Hours.
2. Payment for an E-ticket must be made by one of the prescribed online payment methods. Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited (“Nan Fung”) may change the prescribed online payment methods at any time without notice.
3. Members shall be responsible for reviewing and confirming that all the information, including but not limited to type of E-ticket, the date, the amounts, and payment information, are true, accurate and complete before making the payment. Any discounts, deductions, coupons and privileges shall be applied before making the payment. Making of the payment shall mean that the Member accepts all items and amounts and the applicable terms and conditions and no amendment requests will be entertained (including any requests for changing the applicable date or type of the E-ticket). All fees and liabilities arising out of a purchase made under a Member’s name are the Member’s sole responsibility.
4. All payments will be processed by third party payment service provider(s). Members shall understand that their credit card/payment information may be stored with third party payment service provider(s) upon confirmation of the order information and payment. To the extent permitted by law, Nan Fung and/or its affiliates will not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect and consequential loss) suffered by Members by reason of (i) any failure, delay, interruption, suspension or any other restriction affecting their online payment; (ii) any errors, malfunctions or breakdown of their bank’s payment mechanism; or (iii) any other matter arising out of, or in connection with, the online payment system.
5. Members must ensure that there are sufficient funds on the credit card or any related wallet to fulfil payment of an order. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates will not bear any responsibility in any case of failure of order placement caused by insufficient funds.
6. Successfully purchased E-ticket(s) will be added to the Member’s NF Touch e-wallet.  The E-ticket(s) are subject to the “Winter Voyage” E-Ticket Terms and Conditions (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/tnc) and other applicable terms and conditions. 
7. Members are required to complete registration and redeem their physical ticket(s) for the Activities (“Physical Ticket(s)”) and (if applicable) the Bouncetopia Admission Ticket(s) at the Venue within the Venue Operational Hours on the applicable date(s) of their E-ticket(s). Late redemption will not be entertained and Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall not be responsible for making any arrangement, refund or compensation. The Physical Tickets are subject to these terms and conditions and other applicable terms and conditions. 
8. The E-ticket(s), Physical Ticket(s) and Bouncetopia Admission Ticket(s) can only be used by the Member. 
9. All E-tickets available for purchase will be on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. 
10. Each participant of the Campaign and/or any Activity (“Participant”) must follow the instructions of the staff of Nan Fung and the relevant organizer (if any) in the conduct of the Campaign/Activity. The Activities and the facilities in the Campaign may be subject to restrictions on age, height or usage (which may be communicated by the staff of Nan Fung or the relevant organizer (if any) or set out in the applicable terms and conditions), Participants must comply with the relevant restrictions.
11. Participants must present a valid Physical Ticket to participate / enjoy the relevant Activities. Each Physical Ticket can only be used by one person (regardless of age) for the participation / enjoyment of each Activity listed on the Physical Ticket once. 
12. Physical Tickets and Bouncetopia Admission Tickets are invalid and not replaceable or refundable if lost or found defaced or damaged.
13. All procedures must be completed in accordance with the instructions of the staff of Nan Fung. The staff of Nan Fung may require Participants to provide identification document(s) and/or other personal data (including but not limited to their name and/or payment/credit card information) for verification of the Participant’s eligibility, payment purposes and/or for internal administrative and auditing purposes.  If a Participant refuses to provide the requisite information, Nan Fung reserves the right to refuse carrying out procedures for the Participant or to disqualify the Participant from participating in the Campaign. Before providing any personal data, Participants must thoroughly read and accept the Personal Information Collection Statement and the Privacy Policy of Nan Fung (please refer to the NF Touch mobile app).
14. Members must ensure that any information they submit is genuine and correct.
15. All Activity(ies) (including all the food, beverage(s), facilities and materials) and Bouncetopia by Kiztopia are organized, provided and/or operated by third-party(ies). The Bouncetopia Admission Tickets are subject to the opening of Bouncetopia by Kiztopia and may or may not be usable during the Campaign Period. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates gives no guarantee or warranty in relation to the food, beverages, Activities, Bouncetopia by Kiztopia (including the opening and operational hours), facilities, relevant materials, finished products and services and shall have no liability in any event for any direct or indirect loss or damage related to any aspect thereof, including but not limited to the accuracy, availability, quality or usage.  Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall have no liability and shall not be held responsible or liable for any complaints, claims, loss or damage related to the Activity(ies) or Bouncetopia by Kiztopia whatsoever. 
16. The Activities (including any food, beverages or facilities) may be unavailable/suspended due to shortage of stock, equipment failure or maintenance or any other reasons without prior notice or compensation. 
17. In no event shall Nan Fung and/or its affiliates be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature or causes beyond their reasonable control including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, shortages of labour or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God or delays or non-performance by third parties.
18. The Campaign may be subject to delays, errors or omissions resulting from technical issues such as problems with machines, servers or networks, etc., Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall have no liability and shall not be held liable for any delays, errors, omissions and/or any loss and/or damage in connection therewith.
19. All E-tickets, Physical Tickets and Bouncetopia Admission Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or traded for cash, other products, gifts or services for any reason. 
20. Participants agree that their participation in any Activity and/or Bouncetopia by Kiztopia is at their own risk. Participants shall be responsible for their safety and the safety of their companions (including their children) and their respective personal belongings. Participants shall not cause any danger, injuries or nuisance, etc. to others or the property of others. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall not be responsible or liable for any death, illness, injuries or damage/loss of property (including but not limited to liabilities, claims, demands or damages actual or consequential, disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected) caused by the Campaign (including any participation in any Activities or Bouncetopia by Kiztopia, redemption, purchase or consumption of any food or beverage) or the use of the E-tickets, Physical Tickets or Bouncetopia Admission Tickets, and Participants shall be solely responsible for all such risks, liabilities, claims, demands and/or damages. If a Participant designates another person to participate in an Activity or Bouncetopia by Kiztopia (subject to the approval of Nan Fung and the organizer) (“Designated Person”), the Participant shall be solely responsible for all such liabilities, claims, demands and/or damages arising out of or in connection with any act, default, neglect or omission of the Designated Person (including but not limited to liabilities, claims, demands or damages actual or consequential, disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected), as if he/she were the Designated Person.
21. Any Designated Person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian all the time to participate in the Activities.
22. The Campaign may be photographed and/or video-recorded by Nan Fung and/or its affiliates. Participants agree to be photographed or video-recorded during the process and agree to Nan Fung and/or its affiliates’ use (including dissemination or publication) of such photographs and videos in any manner for commercial or promotion purposes.
23. All images are for reference only.
24. The Campaign (including any Activities) may be cancelled or altered due to inclement weather conditions or other factors, Nan Fung reserves the right to make rearrangements depending on the actual situation and reserves the right of final decision.
25. Nan Fung reserves the right to modify the structure and content of the Campaign at any time without prior notice, including any content of the NF Touch mobile app or relevant websites; the redemption/purchase method; content of the Activities; these terms and conditions; other items; and termination of the Campaign and/or any Activities. It is the responsibility of the Participant to keep themselves up-to-date in respect of any changes to the structure and content of the Campaign, including these terms and conditions. Whenever a Participant participates in the Campaign, he/she will be deemed to accept all relevant changes to the structure and content of the Campaign. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates will not be responsible/liable for any loss and/or damage resulting from changes to the structure and/or content, including any alteration and/or update of the terms and conditions.
26. Purchase or use of E-tickets and participation in the Activities will all be deemed to be the acceptance of all terms and conditions of the Campaign and other applicable terms and conditions by the Participant. 
27. In case of any disputes, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision.
28. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
29. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of Hong Kong and all relevant parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

【 “Winter Voyage” (“Campaign”) E-Ticket Terms and Conditions*】

1. The NF Touch Member (“Member”) who holds this E-ticket can redeem the item(s) specified on this E-ticket. This E-ticket is only usable on the above printed Date and before the end of the above printed period (“Designated Period”). The applicable date of this E-ticket cannot be changed.
2. This E-ticket is valid for one Adult or one Kid (age 1-12) and one accompanying Adult (aged 18) only. 
3. This E-ticket can only be used by the Member and can only be used once. The Member must present this E-ticket at the Campaign venue to complete the registration and redeem the items.  
4. The physical ticket for participating in the Campaign can only be used during the Designated Period and will be subject to additional terms and conditions. Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited, any of its group companies and/or their respective agents (collectively, “Nan Fung”) shall not be liable for any loss of time due to the Member being late or for any other reason. 
5. (If applicable) The Bouncetopia by Kiztopia admission ticket can only be used after the opening of Bouncetopia by Kiztopia at Shops 401 and 422, 4/F, AIRSIDE (tentatively in December 2023) subject to the validity period and additional terms and conditions set out in the Bouncetopia by Kiztopia single admission ticket. Nan Fung shall not be responsible for any matter relating to Bouncetopia by Kiztopia. Any enquiries relating to the Bouncetopia by Kiztopia admission ticket or Bouncetopia by Kiztopia should be directed to Bouncetopia by Kiztopia.
6. This E-ticket will be forfeited automatically upon use or expiry.  Printed copies or screen shots images will not be accepted.
7. The staff of Nan Fung may require Members to provide identification document(s) and/or other personal data (including but not limited to their name) for verification of their identities.  If a Member refuses to provide the requisite information, Nan Fung reserves the right to refuse entry. Before providing any personal data, all individuals must thoroughly read and accept the Personal Information Collection Statement and Privacy Policy of Nan Fung.
8. This E-ticket is invalid and not replaceable or refundable if lost or found defaced or damaged.
9. The Campaign and this E-ticket are subject to these terms and conditions, “Winter Voyage” Campaign Terms & Conditions (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/tnc), the NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/tnc) and any other terms and conditions prescribed by Nan Fung from time to time. The physical tickets are also subject to additional terms and conditions.
10. Nan Fung is entitled to deal with any E-tickets at its absolute discretion at any time without prior notice or compensation.  
11. Nan Fung reserves the right to void the E-tickets of any Member who is considered by Nan Fung as violating any law or any of the applicable terms and conditions or for any other reasons.
12. Use of this E-ticket or participation in the Campaign will all be deemed to be the acceptance of these terms and conditions by the Member. 
13. In case of dispute, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision on all related matters.
14. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
15. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of Hong Kong and all relevant parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

【 30 mins Bouncetopia by Kiztopia Single Admission Ticket Terms and Conditions*】

1. Valid for one Kid (age 1-12) and one accompanying Adult (aged 18) only. No exchanging is allowed.
2. Single Admission Ticket valid period: 15 December 2023 – 19 January 2024 (both dates inclusive) 
3. Valid for 30 mins playtimes starting from entry , for same day and once admission only. 
4. The venue has a maximum participant capacity. If the capacity is reached upon arrival, customers may need to wait for admission arrangements.
5. All visitors must wear socks within the premises, non-slip socks are compulsory for all participants under the age of 12, except in the case of slippery conditions at outdoor.
6. This admission ticket is non-refundable, not for re-sale, and cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or expired.
7. Ticket will only be recognized with authorized stamp.
8. By using this admission ticket, you are deemed to have read and agreed with the conditions of sale available at www.kiztopia.com.hk, and agreed to be bound by them.
9. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Kiztopia HK is final.
