【 “Light Up Your Love - Sparkling Package” (“Campaign”) Terms and Conditions】

1. Campaign Period: 20 January - 28 February 2025 (both dates inclusive) 
2. Venue: Concierge, G/F, AIRSIDE
3. Venue Operational Hours: from 7:00pm to 9:00pm during the Campaign Period, other than times when the mall is closed due to Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning or any other reasons 
4. The date(s), time(s), location(s), number of attendee(s) and structure of the Campaign and/or the related activity(ies) may be changed or the Campaign and/or the related activity(ies) may be canceled for any reason without prior notice or compensation. Please refer to any notices on the Facebook page of AIRSIDE or at the Venue.
5. The Campaign (including all activities) is subject to these terms and conditions, the NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions found in the NF Touch mobile app and other applicable terms and conditions.
6. Each member of “NF Touch” (“Member”) may apply to purchase the following e-ticket(s) for the Campaign (“E-ticket(s)”) via the NF Touch mobile app. The price and the items included for each type of E-ticket are set out in the table below (each item in an E-ticket is hereinafter referred to as an “Item”):

Please refer to the NF Touch mobile app or the AIRSIDE website for further details (including the time for each session of the Campaign and the location of AIRSIDE LED Arch and AIRSIDE Facade). 

Personalized message projection on AIRSIDE LED Arch and personalized message projection on AIRSIDE Facade includes a selection of 1 of the following preset animated messages and personalized names of the “message sender” and “message recipient” (English only; personalized names for projection on AIRSIDE Facade are limited to 6 letters/characters maximum, punctuation and space will be counted) (each message hereinafter referred to as a “Personalized Message”):-

1. The duration of a Personalized Message animation is around 30 seconds and will be looped during the timeslot (“Designated Timeslot”) selected by the Member.  The Designated Timeslot is to be submitted on the specified form. All information provided cannot be amended, revision, cancellation.   If a Member misses the relevant Designated Timeslot, Nan Fung shall not be responsible for replaying the Personalized Message or making any other arrangements, refunds or compensation.   
2. Quotas apply to the for personalized message projection services and there may be unforeseeable circumstances, Nan Fung makes no representation, guarantee or undertaking, whether express or implied, in respect of the services. 
3. Upon completion of the relevant E-ticket purchase, the Member is required to select  preferred timeslots for AIRSIDE Facade and LED Arch message animation, 1 preset animated message for each animation, fill out the name of the “message sender” and “message recipient” on the specified form at least 7 days before the applicable date of the E-ticket and ensure all information provided is correct. All information provided cannot be amended, revision, cancellation.  Rerun of the Personalized Message due to incomplete or incorrect information provided will not be entertained. Working days are Monday to Friday; excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
4. If Members fail to select the animated messages and/or fill out the name of the “message sender” and “message recipient” before the designated deadline, Nan Fung shall have the sole discretion to determine the content of the animated messages and shall not be responsible for making any arrangement, refund or compensation.
5. If Nan Fung considers any character or content abusive, obscene, profane, hateful, offensive, racist or otherwise objectionable or unreasonable, Nan Fung reserves the right to remove any character or content without notice or further arrangement. The decision of Nan Fung shall be final and conclusive.
6. The Items other than the Personalised Message(s) can be redeemed at the Venue by presenting the E-ticket at the Venue during the applicable date and period. The E-ticket is valid during the applicable date and period listed on the E-ticket only. Late redemption will not be entertained and Nan Fung shall not be responsible for making any arrangement, refund or compensation.
7. If Members require assistance with the purchase of the E-ticket(s), they may visit the Venue during the Venue Operational Hours.
8. Payment for an E-ticket must be made by one of the prescribed online payment methods. Nan Fung may change the prescribed online payment methods at any time without notice.
9. Members shall be responsible for reviewing and confirming that all the information, including but not limited to type of E-ticket, the date and time, the amounts, and payment information, are true, accurate and complete before making the payment. Any discounts, deductions, coupons and privileges shall be applied before making the payment. Making of the payment shall mean that the Member accepts all items and amounts and the applicable terms and conditions and no amendment requests will be entertained (including any requests for changing the applicable date or type of the E-ticket). All fees and liabilities arising out of a purchase made under a Member’s name are the Member’s sole responsibility.
10. All payments will be processed by third party payment service provider(s). Members shall understand that their credit card/payment information may be stored with third party payment service provider(s) upon confirmation of the order information and payment. To the extent permitted by law, Nan Fung will not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect and consequential loss) suffered by Members by reason of (i) any failure, delay, interruption, suspension or any other restriction affecting their online payment; (ii) any errors, malfunctions or breakdown of their bank’s payment mechanism; or (iii) any other matter arising out of, or in connection with, the online payment system.
11. Members must ensure that there are sufficient funds on the credit card or any related wallet to fulfil payment of an order. Nan Fung will not bear any responsibility in any case of failure of order placement caused by insufficient funds.
12. Successfully purchased E-ticket(s) will be added to the Member’s NF Touch e-wallet.  The E-ticket(s) are subject to the “Light Up Your Love - Sparkling Package” E-Ticket Terms and Conditions (see https://events.nftouch.com.hk/en/event/RTMyMFQ%3d/Light-Up-Your-Love---Sparkling-Package) and other applicable terms and conditions. 
13. The E-ticket(s) can only be used by the Member. 
14. All E-tickets available for purchase will be on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. 
15. Each participant of the Campaign (“Participant”) must follow the instructions of the staff of Nan Fung and the relevant organizer (if any) in the conduct of the Campaign. 
16. All procedures must be completed in accordance with the instructions of the staff of Nan Fung. The staff of Nan Fung may require Participants to provide identification document(s) and/or other personal data (including but not limited to their name and/or payment/credit card information) for verification of the Participant’s eligibility, payment purposes and/or for internal administrative and auditing purposes.  If a Participant refuses to provide the requisite information, Nan Fung reserves the right to refuse carrying out procedures for the Participant or to disqualify the Participant from participating in the Campaign. Before providing any personal data, Participants must thoroughly read and accept the Personal Information Collection Statement (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-and-conditions#pics ) and Privacy Policy (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-and-conditions#privacy_policy) of Nan Fung (please refer to the NF Touch mobile app).
17. Participants must ensure that any information they submit is genuine and correct.
18. The Items (save and except the Personalised Message(s)) and services are provided by third-party(ies). Those Items are preset and cannot be changed, no request for exchanges or refunds or selection of items will be entertained.
19. Nan Fung gives no guarantee or warranty in relation to the Items, facilities, materials, products and services and shall have no liability in any event for any direct or indirect loss or damage related to any aspect thereof, including but not limited to the quality or usage.  Nan Fung shall have no liability and shall not be held responsible or liable for any complaints, claims, loss or damage related to those Items or services. 
20. The Items (including any materials, products, services or facilities) may be unavailable/suspended due to shortage of stock, equipment failure or maintenance or any other reasons without prior notice or compensation. 
21. In no event shall Nan Fung be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature or causes beyond their reasonable control including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, shortages of labour or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God or delays or non-performance by third parties.
22. The Campaign may be subject to delays, errors or omissions resulting from technical issues such as problems with machines, servers or networks, etc., Nan Fung shall have no liability and shall not be held liable for any delays, errors, omissions and/or any loss and/or damage in connection therewith.
23. All E-tickets and the Items cannot be recollected, replaced, exchanged, refunded, transferred or traded for cash, other products, gifts or services for any reason. 
24. Participants agree that their participation in the Campaign is at their own risk. Participants shall be responsible for their safety and the safety of their companions (including their children) and their respective personal belongings. Participants shall not cause any danger, injuries or nuisance, etc. to others or the property of others. Nan Fung shall not be responsible or liable for any death, illness, injuries or damage/loss of property (including but not limited to liabilities, claims, demands or damages actual or consequential, disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected) arising from or in connection with the Campaign (including use of any product), and Participants shall be solely responsible for all such risks, liabilities, claims, demands and/or damages. 
25. The Campaign may be photographed and/or video-recorded by Nan Fung. Participants agree to be photographed or video-recorded during the process and agree to Nan Fung’s use (including dissemination or publication) of such photographs and videos in any manner for commercial or promotion purposes.
26. All images are for reference only.
27. The Campaign (including any Activities) may be cancelled or altered due to inclement weather conditions or other factors, Nan Fung reserves the right to make rearrangements depending on the actual situation and reserves the right of final decision.
28. Nan Fung reserves the right to modify the structure and content of the Campaign at any time without prior notice, including any content of the NF Touch mobile app or relevant websites; the redemption/purchase method; content of the Items; these terms and conditions; other items; and termination of the Campaign and/or any part thereof. It is the responsibility of the Participant to keep themselves up-to-date in respect of any changes to the structure and content of the Campaign, including these terms and conditions. Whenever a Participant participates in the Campaign, he/she will be deemed to accept all relevant changes to the structure and content of the Campaign. Nan Fung will not be responsible/liable for any loss and/or damage resulting from changes to the structure and/or content, including any alteration and/or update of the terms and conditions.
29. Purchase or use of E-tickets and participation in the Campaign will all be deemed to be the acceptance of these terms and conditions and all other applicable terms and conditions by the Participant. 
30. In case of any disputes, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision.
31. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
32. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) and all relevant parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

【 “Light Up Your Love - Sparkling Package” (“Campaign”) E-Ticket Terms and Conditions*】

1. The NF Touch Member (“Member”) who holds this E-ticket can redeem the item(s) specified on this E-ticket. 
2. This E-ticket is only usable on the above printed date and before the end of the above printed period (“Designated Period”). The applicable date and time of this E-ticket cannot be changed. Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited, its group companies and/or their respective agents (collectively, “Nan Fung”) shall not be liable for any loss of time due to the Member being late or for any other reason.  
3. This E-ticket is valid for one-time free admission by two persons (one of the persons must be the Member holding this E-ticket). 
4. This E-ticket can only be used by the Member and can only be used once. The Member must present this E-ticket at the Campaign venue to complete the registration and redeem the items.  
5. This E-ticket will be forfeited automatically upon use or expiry.  Printed copies or screen shots images will not be accepted.
6. The staff of Nan Fung may require Members to provide identification document(s) and/or other personal data (including but not limited to their name) for verification of their identities.  If a Member refuses to provide the requisite information, Nan Fung reserves the right to refuse entry. Before providing any personal data, all individuals must thoroughly read and accept the Personal Information Collection Statement (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-and-conditions#pics ) and Privacy Policy (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-and-conditions#privacy_policy) of Nan Fung.
7. This E-ticket is invalid and not replaceable or refundable if lost or found defaced or damaged.
8. The Campaign and this E-ticket are subject to these terms and conditions, “AIRSIDE Facade Animation” Campaign Terms & Conditions (see https://events.nftouch.com.hk/en/event/RTMyMFQ%3d/Light-Up-Your-Love---Sparkling-Package), the NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/tnc) and any other terms and conditions prescribed by Nan Fung from time to time. 
9. Nan Fung is entitled to deal with any E-tickets at its absolute discretion at any time without prior notice or compensation.  
10. Nan Fung reserves the right to void the E-tickets of any Member who is considered by Nan Fung as violating any law or any of the applicable terms and conditions or for any other reasons.
11. Use of this E-ticket or participation in the Campaign will all be deemed to be the acceptance of these terms and conditions by the Member. 
12. In case of dispute, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision on all related matters.
13. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
14. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of Hong Kong and all relevant parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
