By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or participating in the Event, each participant is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.3 or above, or a Red / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal remains in force 2 hours before the scheduled start of an Event session, that session will be cancelled. Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited ("Nan Fung") may, at its sole discretion, decide to reschedule or not reschedule the participant's visit, but no refund shall be provided in either situation. Nan Fung shall not be liable for any other loss, cost, or expense arising from such cancellation.
Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point no later than 10 minutes before the confirmed time of visit. Latecomers will not be accommodated and shall forfeit their reserved places and Event fee without refund.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis via the NF Touch application.
Each NF Touch member may purchase a maximum of four (4) tickets. Children aged three (3) or above must purchase a ticket for admission.
Participants under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an individual aged 18 or above at all times during the Event. The accompanying adult shall hold a valid ticket for himself/herself. The accompanying adult shall be jointly and severally liable for the minor's compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email with QR code. A participant is required to present the confirmation email and QR code for Event registration on the date of the visit.
Each participant must display the Event participation tag in a clearly visible position at all times during the Event. Upon expiry of the Event time, the participants must vacate the venue promptly and return the tag to the G/F concierge.
Participants shall comply with the Venue Rules (as may be amended from time to time) at all times during the Event. The Venue Rules form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with the Venue Rules may result in denial of entry, removal from the venue, or termination of the Event, at the sole discretion of Nan Fung and without refund.
Participants agree that they participate in the Event at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring the personal safety and security of property of themselves and their accompanying persons. Participants must not cause any danger injury or nuisance, etc. to any person or property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nan Fung and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury (including personal injury or death), cost, expense, claim, demand, or liability of any kind whatsoever (whether direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or otherwise, and whether known or unknown, disclosed or undisclosed, suspected or unsuspected) arising out of or in connection with the Event, including but not limited to any act, omission, negligence, default, or breach by any participant or their accompanying persons, the condition of the venue or any equipment, or any cancellation, modification, or interruption of the Event.
Each participant shall indemnify and hold harmless Nan Fung and its affiliates from and against all losses, liabilities, damages, claims, demands, actions, proceedings, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to legal costs on a full indemnity basis) arising out of or in connection with: (i) any breach by the participant of these Terms and Conditions; (ii) any act, omission, negligence, default, or wilful misconduct of the participant or their accompanying persons; (iii) any damage to the venue, its facilities, equipment, or property caused by the participant or their accompanying persons; and (iv) any claim by a third party arising from the participant's participation in the Event.
The Event is subject to change without prior notice.
Nan Fung may take photos and/or video recordings during the Event for promotional purposes. Participants consent to being filmed or videotaped in the process.
In case of any dispute, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision.
These Terms and Conditions are prepared in both Chinese and English. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The participant irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the Event.
