“Carb Freedom Pass” General Terms and Conditions

I. Redemption and Validity
Members must present this coupon at the redemption location ( “CARBS MY DAY!” themed bakery market Reception, AIRSIDE) within the specified redemption period, and follow the instructions of the staff of Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited, any of its group companies and/or their respective agents (collectively, “Nan Fung”) to complete the required registration procedures in order to redeem one Carb Freedom Pass.
The Pass is valid only during the “CARBS MY DAY!” Market at the designated event locations and will automatically expire upon the end of the event period.
This coupon and Pass can only be used once. Please redeem at the redemption location within the redemption period. The coupon will automatically become invalid upon expiry of the redemption period, after use, or when stocks are depleted. Printed copies or screenshots will not be accepted.
The Pass and redemption coupons cannot be altered, transferred, refunded, exchanged for cash, replaced, reissued, or resold. Holders must keep them safe; no replacement or refund will be issued in case of loss, damage, or theft.

II. Contents and Redemption Rules
The Pass includes the following fixed benefits. Each item can only be used once and becomes invalid once torn off or verified and cancelled by staff:

·       Baked Goods Redemption Vouchers (3 vouchers): Each voucher can be redeemed for one designated bread or baked product at a participating partner bakery. Each Pass holder may use only one voucher per participating bakery. Limited quantities available, while stocks last.

·       Workshop Experience: Use the voucher to make one keychain, each including an exclusive Little Miss Market acrylic charm (design randomly assigned).

·       Exclusive Design Cultural Product: One Little Miss Market event-limited bento bag.

·       Partner Mall E-Coupons: Upon successful purchase of the event e-ticket, AIRSIDE Dining e-coupon will be automatically added to the member's NF Touch mobile app wallet. E-coupons are subject to the terms stated on the e-coupon and the merchants' own terms and conditions.

·       Additional Sampling/Discount Coupons: Voluntarily provided by different stall vendors with varying content and quantities. Please refer to the details on each coupon.

·       OATLY Oat Milk: Redeemed together with the Pass.

III. Usage Restrictions
All redemptions must be made in person at the designated stall by presenting the physical voucher for verification and cancellation by staff.
All vouchers/coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, no change will be given, and they cannot be used in conjunction with other merchant promotions (unless otherwise stated).
Certain products have limited daily supply. Once depleted, no substitutes or compensation will be provided by the organizer or merchants.

IV. Personal Data and Verification Procedures
All redemptions must be completed in accordance with the instructions of Nan Fung staff. Nan Fung staff may require participants to provide identification and/or other personal data (including but not limited to name) for identity verification and/or internal administrative and auditing purposes.
If a member refuses to provide the required information, Nan Fung reserves the right to refuse the redemption.
Participants must read and agree to Nan Fung's Personal Information Collection Statement before providing any personal data.

V. Liability Disclaimer
All food, products, and services are provided by third-party merchants, who bear full responsibility for their quality, safety, and hygiene.
To the extent permitted by law, Nan Fung makes no warranties or guarantees regarding goods, products, or services provided by third-party suppliers, and shall not be liable for any consequences or losses arising from their use, including but not limited to condition, quality, and suitability.
Any enquiries, feedback, complaints, or disputes regarding rewards or services should be directed to the relevant third-party suppliers.

VI. General Terms
The organizer reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the event, redemption contents, participating merchants, locations, times, or other arrangements due to special circumstances (including but not limited to inclement weather, pandemics, or other factors) without prior notice or compensation.
Nan Fung reserves the right to cancel the redemption eligibility or Pass of any member suspected of violating any law, these terms and conditions, or for any other reason.
Nan Fung has the absolute discretion to suspend, cancel, terminate, or amend this event, Pass contents, or these terms at any time without notice.
Nan Fung shall not be liable for any loss, error, or delay caused by computer, network, server failures, or other technical issues.
All images in the NF Touch mobile app and related promotional materials are for reference only.
In case of any dispute, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision.
The Chinese version of these terms and conditions shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
