"In Time Of x Lifeline 'One-on-One Post-Disaster Emotional Support'"
In light of the recent serious incidents in Hong Kong, the emotional support activities originally scheduled for Saturday and Sunday at the Nan Fung Textile Factory by "World Rendezvous" will be adjusted.
During this difficult time, whether you are an affected resident or someone who cares about this city, your emotions may be fluctuating to varying degrees.
We hope to provide an emotional outlet and accompany you through this difficult time. This Saturday and Sunday, Lifeline and World Rendezvous will set up a post-disaster emotional support space at the Nan Fung Textile Factory, where Lifeline's professional emotional therapists will provide face-to-face emotional support services. The main content includes: "Common Post-Disaster Reactions + Self-Care," "How to Support Partners/Friends Affected by Disaster News," "Essential Information for Children's Post-Disaster Emotional Reactions," and "One-on-One Emotional Support," etc., teaching you how to cope with acute stress reactions such as anxiety, fear, helplessness, and depression. The Hong Kong Art Therapists Association will also be present on the 30th (Sunday) to share methods for understanding grief and expressing inner emotions using various art therapy tools.
If you or someone you know needs someone to talk to or process their thoughts, please come to our free event at the following times. Let's support each other and take care of our emotions during major emergencies.
