【In Time Of “Sports Date @ AIRSIDE” (“Event”) Terms and Conditions】
1. Event Period: 6 January to 14 January 2024 (Both dates inclusive).
2. Venue: Atrium, 2/F, AIRSIDE
3. Venue Opening Hours: from 1200 to 2000 during the Event Period
4. The dates, times, venue, number of attendee(s) and structure of the Event or any part thereof may be changed or the Event or any part thereof may be cancelled for any reason without prior notice. Please pay attention to any notices on the Facebook pages of AIRSIDE and In Time Of or at the Venue.
5. Inclement weather policy: Subject to other arrangements made pursuant to clause 6 below, if Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force at 8:00am on a day during the Event Period, the Event will be cancelled for that day and if the 6. Event is in progress and one of the above warning signals is hoisted, the Event will be stopped and cancelled for that day as soon as practical.
Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited, any of its group companies and/or their respective agents (collectively, “Nan Fung”) and the organizer(s) reserve the right to make any arrangements they consider appropriate in response to the weather condition or other situations without prior notice. 7. The Event is subject to these terms and conditions, the NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions found in the “NF Touch” mobile app and other applicable terms and conditions.
8. Only members of “NF Touch” (“Member”) may apply to purchase e-ticket(s) for the Event (“E-ticket(s)”) via the NF Touch mobile app at the price of HK$20 per E-ticket. Each E-ticket can be used to redeem one “Sports Date @ AIRSIDE” Sports Game Card (“Game Card”).
9. Please refer to the NF Touch mobile app or on-site timetable for further details of events on each day. Members holding an E-ticket are required to visit the Venue during the registered session to redeem the Game Card, which is only valid on the day of redemption.
10. Payment for an E-ticket must be made by one of the prescribed online payment methods. Nan Fung may change the prescribed online payment methods at any time without notice.
11. Successfully purchased E-ticket(s) will be added to the Member’s e-wallet. The E-tickets are subject to the In Time Of “Sports Date @ AIRSIDE” E-Tickets Terms and Conditions (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/tnc) and other applicable terms and conditions.
12. All activities in the Event (“Activities”) (including all the materials and equipment (if any)) are organized/provided by third-party service provider(s). Nan Fung gives no guarantee or warranty in relation to any Activities, relevant materials, finished products and services and shall have no liability in any event for any loss or damage related to any aspect thereof, including but not limited to any loss or damage related to accuracy, fitness, quality, defects or usage. Nan Fung shall have no liability and shall not be held responsible or liable for any complaints, claims, loss or damage related to the Activities.
13. Members shall be responsible for reviewing and confirming that all the information, including but not limited to name of the E-ticket, date and time, the amounts, and payment information (if applicable), are true, accurate and complete before submitting the registration and/or making the payment. Any discounts, deductions, coupons and privileges shall be applied before making the payment. Submission of the registration and/or making of the payment shall mean that the Member accepts all items and amounts and no amendment requests will be entertained (including any requests for changing the applicable date and time slot of the E-ticket). All fees and liabilities arising out of a purchase made under a Member’s name are the Member’s sole responsibility.
14. All payments will be processed by third party payment service provider(s). Members shall understand that their credit card/payment information may be stored with third party payment service provider(s) upon confirmation of the order information and payment. To the extent permitted by law, Nan Fung will not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect and consequential loss) suffered by Members by reason of (i) any failure, delay, interruption, suspension or any other restriction affecting their electronic payment; (ii) any errors, malfunctions or breakdown of their bank’s payment mechanism; or (iii) any other matter arising out of, or in connection with, the electronic payment system.
15. Members must ensure that there are sufficient funds on their credit card or their relevant account to fulfil payment of an order. Nan Fung will not bear any responsibility in any case of purchase failure caused by insufficient funds.
16. The E-tickets and Game Cards can only be used by the Member. All E-tickets and Game Cards cannot be exchanged, refunded, recollected, transferred or traded for cash, other products, gifts or services for any reason.
17. Any content related to health, medical treatment, fitness or health care and any opinions, suggestions, statements, services, offers or other information expressed or provided in the Event are provided by third-party organizer(s)/service provider(s), and not by Nan Fung. Nan Fung makes no warranties, representations or guarantees as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness or usefulness of any content, or its merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
18. All rewards (if any), gifts and E-tickets will be provided/sold on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
19. All redemption and registration procedures must be completed in accordance with the instructions of the staff of Nan Fung. The staff of Nan Fung may require Members to provide identification document(s) and/or other personal data (including but not limited to their name and/or payment/credit card information) for verification of the Member’s eligibility, payment purposes and/or for internal administrative and auditing purposes. If a Member refuses to provide the requisite information, Nan Fung reserves the right to refuse carrying out redemption/registration procedures for the Member or to disqualify the Member from participating in the Event. Before providing any personal data, Members must thoroughly read and accept the Personal Information Collection Statement of Nan Fung (found at https://www.nftouch.com.hk/tnc).
20. Participants must present a valid Game Card to participate in /enjoy the relevant Activities. Each Game Card can only be used by one person (regardless of age) for the participation/enjoyment of Activities available on the specific day. Copies or photos of the Game Card will not be accepted.
21. There are eight independent sessions (consisting of one hour each) for each day of the Event. For each independent session, there will be the first, second, and third place according to the Event results (subject to Nan Fung’s record which shall be final). Furthermore, Nan Fung will select one player it considers to be the most valuable player (MVP) for each day of the Event. The first, second, and third place winners in each session, as well as the daily MVP are all prize winners and can redeem designated prize(s) within the designated timeframe.
22. Nan Fung and the organizer(s) reserve the right to disqualify any person or cancel any participant’s Event results, tthe final result and the prizes are subject to Nan Fung’s final decision.
23. The list of prize winners for each day will be publicly announced on the AIRSIDE website at 11:00 AM on the following day. The website would display the Game Card numbers of the winners for identification purposes.
24. All prize winners are required to attend the following prize redemption location, along with their Game Cards, within the specified timeframe, i.e. from 6 to 15 January 2024 (from 12p.m. to 8p.m.), to claim their prizes:

25. When claiming the prize, prize winners are required to show his/her original Game Card and the Game Card number to the onsite staff for verification purpose (copies or images will not be accepted). Failure to provide the aforementioned information, or providing any duplicate or false information, or failure to collect the prize on or before the prescribed deadline will result in disqualification of the prize winner and there will be no compensation.
26. Participants are hereby urged to exercise due care in safeguarding their Game Cards for future prize redemption (if they are declared winners). Game Cards are invalid and not replaceable or refundable if lost or found defaced or damaged.
27. Nan Fung and the organizer(s) reserve the right to change or cancel any aspect of the Event (including any session or Activity) or any prizes at any time at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to the participants or any other party.
28. Members must ensure that any information they submit is genuine and correct.
29. In no event shall Nan Fung be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature or causes beyond their reasonable control including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, shortages of labour or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God or delays or non-performance by third parties.
30. The Event may be subject to delays, errors or omissions resulting from technical issues such as problems with machines, servers or networks, etc., Nan Fung shall not be held liable for any delays, errors, omissions and/or any loss and/or damage in connection therewith.
31. All prizes, E-tickets and Game Cards cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or traded for cash, other products, gifts or services for any reason.
32. Nan Fung shall have no liability and shall not be held responsible or liable for any complaints, claims, loss or damage related to the Event or the prizes (including but not limited to complaints, claims, losses or damages related to their quality, content, defects or usage).
33. Participants agree that their participation in the Event or any Activity is at their own risk. Participants shall be responsible for their safety and the safety of their companions (including their children) and their respective personal belongings. Participants shall not cause any danger, injuries, damage or nuisance, etc. to others or the property of others. Nan Fung shall not be responsible or liable for any injuries or damage/loss of property caused by the Event, redemption or participation in any Activity (including but not limited to liabilities, claims, demands or damages actual or consequential, disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected), and participants shall be solely responsible for all such liabilities, claims, demands and/or damages. If Members designate another person to participate in any Activity (subject to Nan Fung’s approval) (“Designated Person”), the Member shall be solely responsible for all such liabilities, claims, demands and/or damages arising out of or in connection with any act, default, neglect or omission of the Designated Person (including but not limited to liabilities, claims, demands or damages actual or consequential, disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected), as if he/she were the Designated Person.
34. Any Designated Person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian all the time to participate in the Event.
35. Each time a participant participates in the Event (including any Activity), the participant shall be deemed to have made the following Participant’s Declaration:
“Participant’s Declaration: I hereby declare and confirm that I am healthy, physically fit and suitable to participate in this activity. I hereby waive any claim or cause of action against and release Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited, the organizer of this activity, any of their group companies and/or their respective agents/representatives, from any liability for injuries to person, death and damage to property arising from my participation in this activity.”
36. The Event may be photographed and/or video-recorded by Nan Fung and such photographs and videos will be used for promotion usage. Participants agree to be photographed or video-recorded during the Event.
37. All pictures are for reference only.
38. Nan Fung reserves the right to modify the structure and content of the Event at any time without prior notice, including the NF Touch mobile app or the website; the redemption method; content of the Activities; these terms and conditions; other items; and termination of the Event and/or any Activity. It is the responsibility of Members and participants to keep themselves up-to-date in respect of any changes to the structure and content of the Event, including these terms and conditions. Whenever a Member/participant participates in the Event, he/she will be deemed to accept all relevant changes to the structure and content of the Event. Nan Fung will not be responsible/liable for any loss and/or damage resulting from changes to the structure and/or content, including any alteration and/or update of the terms and conditions.
39. Purchase of E-tickets and participation in the Event will all be deemed to be the acceptance of all terms and conditions of the Event by the Member/the participant.
40. In case of any disputes, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision.
41. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions. 42. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”) and all relevant parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
【“In Time of: 2024 Jan Sports Date @ AIRSIDE: E-ticket Terms and Conditions*】
- The NF Touch Member (“Member”) who holds this E-ticket can redeem the designated items listed on this E-ticket, including one physical “2024 Jan Sports Date @ AIRSIDE” Experience Day Pass for participating in the relevant activities. This E-ticket is only usable on the above printed Date. The applicable date and time period of this E-ticket cannot be changed.
- This E-ticket can only be used by the Member and can only be used once. The Member must present this E-ticket at the designated venue and complete the registration to redeem the relevant items.
- This E-ticket will be forfeited automatically upon use or expiry. Printed copies or screen shots images will not be accepted.
- The staff of Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited, any of its group companies and/or their respective agents (collectively, “Nan Fung”) may require Members to provide identification document(s) and/or other personal data (including but not limited to their name) for verification of their identities. If a Member refuses to provide the requisite information, Nan Fung reserves the right to refuse entry. Before providing any personal data, all individuals must thoroughly read and accept the Personal Information Collection Statement and Privacy Policy of Nan Fung.
- This E-ticket is invalid and not replaceable or refundable if lost or found defaced or damaged.
- This E-ticket cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or traded for cash, other products, gifts or services for any reason (including the absence of the Member from the Event).
- This E-ticket is subject to these terms and conditions, “In Time of: 2024 Jan Sports Date Warm-up @ AIRSIDE” Terms & Conditions (found at https://www.nftouch.com.hk/tnc), NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions at (https://www.nftouch.com.hk/tnc ) and any other terms and conditions prescribed by Nan Fung from time to time.
- Nan Fung is entitled to deal with any E-tickets at its absolute discretion at any time without prior notice or compensation.
- Nan Fung reserves the right to void the E-tickets of any Member who is considered by Nan Fung as violating any law or any of the applicable terms and conditions or for any other reasons.
- Use of this E-ticket will be deemed to be the acceptance of these terms and conditions by the Member.
- In case of dispute, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision on all related matters.
- The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
- These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of Hong Kong and all relevant parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
