【 “Kowloon City Hunter” (“Activity”) E-Ticket Terms and Conditions*】

1. The NF Touch Member (“Member”) who holds this E-ticket can participate in the Activity. This E-ticket is only usable on the above Date and before the end of the above period (“Designated Period”). The applicable date and time period of this E-ticket cannot be changed.
2. This E-ticket can only be used by the Member and can only be used once. The Member must arrive at the Activity venue 15 minutes before the commencement of the Designated Period and present this E-ticket to complete the registration. 
3. The E-ticket can only be used during the Designated Period. Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited, any of its group companies and/or their respective agents (collectively, “Nan Fung”) shall not be liable for any loss of time due to the Member being late or for any other reason. Nan Fung and/or the organizer reserve the right to disqualify late Members from participating in the Activity or any part thereof.
4. This E-ticket will be forfeited automatically upon use or expiry.  Printed copies or screen shots images will not be accepted.
5. The staff of Nan Fung may require Members to provide identification document(s) and/or other personal data (including but not limited to their name) for verification of their identities.  If a Member refuses to provide the requisite information, Nan Fung reserves the right to refuse entry. Before providing any personal data, all individuals must thoroughly read and accept the Personal Information Collection Statement and Privacy Policy of Nan Fung.
6. This E-ticket is invalid and not replaceable or refundable if lost or found defaced or damaged.
7. This E-ticket cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or traded for cash, other products, gifts or services for any reason (including the absence of the Member from the Activity).
8. The Activity and this E-ticket are subject to these terms and conditions,  “Kowloon City Hunter” Terms & Conditions (see https://events.nftouch.com.hk:443/en/event/RTI5OFQ%3d/Kowloon-City-Hunter), the NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/tnc) and any other terms and conditions prescribed by Nan Fung from time to time. The Member and the participant hereby agree to the aforesaid terms and conditions.
9. Nan Fung is entitled to deal with any E-tickets at its absolute discretion at any time without prior notice or compensation.  
10. Nan Fung reserves the right to void the E-tickets of any Member who is considered by Nan Fung as violating any law or any of the applicable terms and conditions or for any other reasons.
11. The Member and the participant hereby agree to all applicable terms and conditions of the Activity and the Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Statement of Nan Fung. 
12. In case of dispute, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision on all related matters.
13. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
14. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of Hong Kong and all relevant parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
