AIRSIDE and Manulife join forces for the first time to present the “Longevity & Wellbeing Fest”, a large-scale annual wellbeing experience event in Hong Kong. Join us for 3 days of inspiring wellness activities and discover your own rhythm of wellbeing.
Get ready to move to a different beat. Join Jess and Don Octavius for a high-energy collaboration that fuses a dynamic vinyasa flow with functional cardio conditioning, driven by a live, hypnotic techno set.
This session is designed to build heat, strength, and endurance. Jess will guide you through a fun, mobility-focused sequence integrated with high-intensity cardio bursts, while Don Octavius fuels the energy of the room with pulsing techno. No fluff—just heavy bass, sharp focus, and continuous movement.
Come ready to sweat, challenge your limits, and get lost in the rhythm. You will walk away feeling powerful, mentally refreshed, and completely energized.
*Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat for a more comfortable and hygienic experience.
