Mini Touch Rugby Experience (“Event”) Terms and Conditions 

1. The Event is organized by Hong Kong China Rugby (“Organizer”).
    
2. To participate in the Event, please purchase an e-ticket for the Event in advance. Customers must first become an NF Touch member ("Member") to purchase an e-ticket for the Event.
    
3. The date, time, venue, number of attendees and structure of the Event may be changed or the Event may be cancelled for any reason without prior notice or compensation. Please pay attention to any notices on NF Touch and/or the relevant shopping mall’s official mobile app, website and/or social media channels and/or at the relevant venue.
    
4. The Event is subject to these terms and conditions, the NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-conditions) and other applicable terms and conditions.
    
5. Each e-ticket for the Event is only valid during the designated time period specified on the e-ticket. The said time period cannot be changed. Please arrive at the venue 10 minutes before the commencement of the designated time period. The e-tickets are subject to the “Mini Touch Rugby Experience” E-Ticket Terms and Conditions (see [insert website link]) and other applicable terms and conditions.
    
6. All e-tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
    
7. A participant must be a child of the Member between 4 and 11 years old and must be accompanied by one (1) parent or legal guardian over the age of 18, the said parent or legal guardian is not required to purchase his/her own e-ticket. 
    
8. All procedures must be completed in accordance with the instructions of the staff of Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited (“Nan Fung”). The staff of Nan Fung may require participants to provide identification document(s) and/or other personal data (which may include but are not limited to their name, age, membership information and/or payment/credit card information) for verification of their eligibility, payment purposes and/or for internal administrative and/or auditing purposes (as the case may require). Certain documents and information provided may be scanned or photocopied for internal record. A participant may refuse to provide the requisite information, but Nan Fung may not be able to carry out the relevant procedure for the participant or may even have to disqualify the participant from the Event or any part thereof in that case. 
    
9. Participants must ensure that all information they submit is genuine and correct.
    
10. All payments must be made by one of the prescribed electronic payment methods. Nan Fung may change the prescribed electronic payment methods at any time without notice.
     
11. Members shall be responsible for reviewing and confirming that all the information, including but not limited to the order details, date and time, location, quantity and payment information, are true, accurate and complete before making any payment. Any discounts, deductions, coupons and privileges shall be applied before making the payment. Making the payment shall mean that the Member accepts that all order details, dates, times and amounts are correct and no requests for amendment or refund will be entertained.
     
12. All fees and liabilities arising out of a purchase made under a Member’s name are the Member’s sole responsibility. 
     
13. All payments will be processed by third party payment service provider(s). Members agree that their credit card/payment information may be stored with third party payment service provider(s) upon confirmation of the order information and payment. 
     
14. To the extent permitted by law, Nan Fung and/or its Affiliates will not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect and consequential loss) suffered by Members by reason of (i) any failure, delay, interruption, suspension or any other restriction affecting their electronic payment; (ii) any errors, malfunctions or breakdown of the electronic payment system; or (iii) any other matter arising out of, or in connection with, the electronic payment system.
     
15. Members must ensure that there are sufficient credit/funds on their credit card or their relevant means of payment to fulfil payment of an order. Nan Fung and/or its Affiliates will not bear any responsibility in any case of failure of order placement caused by insufficient credit/funds.  
     
16. After successfully purchasing an e-ticket for the Event, no changes or refunds will be entertained. The relevant e-ticket will be sent via email, Members can also log in to the NF Touch mobile app or https://events.nftouch.com.hk/ to view and use the relevant e-ticket (“Profile” page > “My records” > “Event tickets”). 
     
17. Participation in the Event must be carried out in accordance with the instructions of the staff of Nan Fung and the Organizer.
     
18. The Event (including all materials, tools and prizes (if any)) is organized/provided by third-party Organizer(s).  Nan Fung and/or its affiliates give no guarantee or warranty in relation to the Event (including but not limited to the content, facilities, relevant materials, finished products and services).  Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall have no liability and shall not be held responsible or liable for any complaints, claims, loss or damage related to the Event whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct or indirect loss or damage related to the accuracy, quality, usage or any other aspects of the Event.
     
19. In no event shall Nan Fung and/or its affiliates be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature or causes beyond their reasonable control including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, shortages of labour or materials, fires, floods, storms, inclement weather, explosions, acts of God or delays or non-performance by third parties.
     
20. The Event may be subject to delays, errors or omissions resulting from technical issues such as problems with machines, servers or networks, etc., Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall have no liability and shall not be held liable for any delays, errors, omissions and/or any loss and/or damage in connection therewith.
     
21. All e-tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or traded for cash, other products, gifts or services.
     
22. Participants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the participation in the Event and confirm that their physical condition is suitable for participating in the Event.
     
23. Participants agree that their participation in the Event is at their own risk. Participants shall be responsible for their safety, the safety of the person(s) they are accompanying (including any children) and their respective personal belongings, and shall not cause any danger, injuries or nuisance, etc. to others or the property of others.
     
24. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall not be responsible or liable for any illness, injuries or damage/loss of property (including but not limited to liabilities, claims, demands or damages actual or consequential, disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected) caused by or in connection with the Event (including any materials, facilities and the finished products), and participants shall be solely responsible for all such risks, liabilities, claims, demands and/or damages. Participants hereby waive any related claim or cause of action against Nan Fung and/or its affiliates, and release them from such liabilities. If a Member designates another person to participate in the Event (subject to the approval of Nan Fung and the organizer) (“Designated Person”), the Member and the Designated Person shall be jointly and severally responsible for all such liabilities, claims, demands and/or damages arising out of or in connection with any act, default, neglect or omission of the Designated Person (including but not limited to liabilities, claims, demands or damages actual or consequential, disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected),  and shall indemnify and hold harmless Nan Fung and its affiliates in respect of the same.
     
25. The Event may be photographed and/or video-recorded by Nan Fung and/or its affiliates. Participants agree to be photographed and/or video-recorded during the process and hereby agree to Nan Fung’s and/or its affiliates’ use (including dissemination or publication) of such photographs and/or videos for commercial or promotion purposes.
     
26. All images, descriptions (including the product value (if any)) and marketing materials are for reference only.
     
27. The Event may be cancelled, altered or delayed due to inclement weather conditions or other factors. Nan Fung reserves the right to make rearrangements depending on the actual situation and reserves the right of final decision.
     
28. Nan Fung reserves the right to modify the structure and content of the Event at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to: any content of the mobile app or website; the redemption/purchase method; these terms and conditions; other items; and/or termination of the Event. Participants should read the latest information about the Event, including the latest version of these terms and conditions, before participating in the Event. Whenever a participant participates in the Event, he/she confirms that he/she has accepted all relevant changes to the structure and content of the Event. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates will not be responsible/liable for any loss and/or damage resulting from changes to the structure and/or content, including any alteration and/or update of the terms and conditions.
     
29. The Member and the participant must thoroughly read and agree to all applicable terms and conditions of the Event, the Privacy Policy (https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-conditions#privacy_policy), the Personal Information Collection Statement (https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-conditions#personal_information) and the Participant’s Confirmation (https://m1.nftouch.com.hk/Whats-on/2025/RubyTournament_ConfirmationSignedbyParticipants_Below18.pdf) of Nan Fung.
     
30. In case of any disputes, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision.
     
31. No person other than the relevant Member, participant of the Event, Nan Fung and its affiliates will have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefits of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
     
32. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
     
33. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) and all parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

“Mini Touch Rugby Experience” (“Event”) E-Ticket Terms and Conditions

1. Please present this E-ticket to participate in the Event. This E-ticket is only valid for the event and time period set out on the E-ticket, no request for changes will be entertained.
    
2. This E-ticket can only be used once. Please arrive at the Event venue 10 minutes before the commencement of the designated period and present this E-ticket for registration.
    
3. Only one adult (the NF Touch member (“Member”)) and his/her child (aged between 4 and 11) are allowed to participate in the Event with this E-ticket.
    
4. Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited (“Nan Fung”) and/or its affiliates shall not compensate for any loss of time due to the Member being late or for any other reason. Nan Fung and/or the organizer reserve the right to disqualify late Members/participants from participating in the Event or any part thereof.
    
5. This E-ticket will be forfeited automatically upon use or expiry.  Printed copies or screen shots images will not be accepted.
    
6. This E-ticket is invalid and not replaceable or refundable if lost or considered by Nan Fung as defaced or damaged.
    
7. This E-ticket cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or traded for cash, other products, gifts or services.
    
8. The Event and this E-ticket are subject to these terms and conditions, “Mini Touch Rugby Experience” Terms and Conditions (see [insert website link]), the NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-conditions) and any other terms and conditions prescribed by Nan Fung from time to time. The Member and the participant hereby agree to the aforesaid terms and conditions.
    
9. Participants are not allowed to take photos, record sound or video during the Event.
    
10. In the event that Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, is still in force two hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the Event, the Event shall be cancelled.
     
11. Nan Fung is entitled to deal with any E-tickets in its absolute discretion at any time without prior notice or compensation.
     
12. Nan Fung reserves the right to void the E-tickets of any Member who is considered by Nan Fung as violating any law or any of the applicable terms and conditions or for any other reasons.
     
13. Nan Fung reserves the right to change the applicable terms and conditions at any time without notice.
     
14. By participating in the Event, the Member and the participant hereby agree to all applicable terms and conditions of the Event and the Privacy Policy (https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-conditions#privacy_policy), Personal Information Collection Statement (https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-conditions#personal_information) and Participant’s Confirmation (https://m1.nftouch.com.hk/Whats-on/2025/RubyTournament_ConfirmationSignedbyParticipants_Below18.pdf) of Nan Fung.
     
15. In case of dispute, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision on all related matters.
     
16. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
     
17. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) and all parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
