Spongebob Squarepants Phone Charm DIY Experience (“Experience”) Terms and Conditions
1.    The Experience is open to NF Touch members (“Members”) only.
2.    To participate in the Experience, please purchase e-tickets for the Experience in advance.
3.    Each e-ticket can only be used once. Please arrive at the Experience venue before the commencement of the designated period and present the e-ticket for registration.
4.    The date, time, venue, number of attendees and structure of the Experience may be changed or the Experience may be cancelled for any reason without prior notice or compensation. Please pay attention to any notices on NF Touch and/or the relevant shopping mall’s official mobile app, website and/or social media channels and/or at the relevant venue.
5.    Only one participant is allowed to participate in the Experience with e-ticket. Participants aged 3 to 12 must be accompanied by one (1) parent or legal guardian over the age of 18. In this case, only one e-ticket is required for both the parent/legal guardian and the participant aged 12 or below.
6.    All e-tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
7.    Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited, any of its group companies and/or their respective agents (collectively, “Nan Fung”) and/or the workshop organizer (“Organizer”) shall not compensate for any loss of time due to the participant being late or for any other reason. Nan Fung and/or the Organizer reserve the right to disqualify late participants from participating in the Experience or any part thereof.
8.    All procedures must be completed in accordance with the instructions of the staff of Nan Fung. The staff of Nan Fung may require Participants to provide identification document(s) and/or other personal data (which may include but are not limited to their name, age, membership information and/or payment/credit card information) for verification of their eligibility, payment purposes and/or for internal administrative and/or auditing purposes (as the case may require). Certain documents and information provided may be scanned or photocopied for internal record. A Participant may refuse to provide the requisite information, but Nan Fung may not be able to carry out the relevant procedure for the Participant or may even have to disqualify the Participant from the Experience or any part thereof in that case.
9.    Participants must ensure that all information they submit is genuine and correct.
10.    Participation in the Experience must be carried out in accordance with the instructions of the staff of Nan Fung and the organizer.
11.    The Experience (including all Workshop(s), products, materials, tools, gifts and prizes (if any)) is organized/provided by third-party organizer(s).  Nan Fung and/or its affiliates give no guarantee or warranty in relation to the Experience (including but not limited to the content, facilities, relevant materials, finished products and services).  Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall have no liability and shall not be held responsible or liable for any complaints, claims, loss or damage related to the Experience whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct or indirect loss or damage related to the accuracy, quality, usage or any other aspects of the Experience.
12.    Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall not be responsible or liable for any illness, injuries or damage/loss of property (including but not limited to liabilities, claims, demands or damages actual or consequential, disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected) caused by or in connection with the Experience (including any materials, facilities and the finished products), and Participants shall be solely responsible for all such risks, liabilities, claims, demands and/or damages. Participants hereby waive any related claim or cause of action against Nan Fung and/or its affiliates, and release them from such liabilities. If an NF Touch member designates another person to participate in the Experience (subject to the approval of Nan Fung and the organizer) (“Designated Person”), the member and the Designated Person shall be jointly and severally responsible for all such liabilities, claims, demands and/or damages arising out of or in connection with any act, default, neglect or omission of the Designated Person (including but not limited to liabilities, claims, demands or damages actual or consequential, disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected),  and shall indemnify and hold harmless Nan Fung and its affiliates in respect of the same.
13.    The Experience may be photographed and/or video-recorded by Nan Fung and/or its affiliates. Participants agree to be photographed and/or video-recorded during the process and hereby agree to Nan Fung’s and/or its affiliates’ use (including dissemination or publication) of such photographs and/or videos for commercial or promotion purposes.
14.    All images, descriptions (including the product value (if any)) and marketing materials are for reference only.
15.    In no Experience shall Nan Fung and/or its affiliates be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature or causes beyond their reasonable control including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, shortages of labour or materials, fires, floods, storms, inclement weather, explosions, acts of God or delays or non-performance by third parties.
16.    The Experience may be subject to delays, errors or omissions resulting from technical issues such as problems with machines, servers or networks, etc., Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall have no liability and shall not be held liable for any delays, errors, omissions and/or any loss and/or damage in connection therewith.
17.    Participants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the participation in the Experience and confirm that their physical condition is suitable for participating in the Experience.
18.    Participants agree that their participation in the Experience is at their own risk. Participants shall be responsible for their safety, the safety of the person(s) they are accompanying (including any children) and their respective personal belongings, and shall not cause any danger, injuries or nuisance, etc. to others or the property of others.
19.    All E-tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or traded for cash, other products, gifts or services for any reason (including any failure to attend the Experience).
20.    If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or "extreme conditions" announced by the Government is in force 3 hours before the Experience commences, the Experience will be cancelled or postponed. Nan Fung and/or the Organizer reserves the right to make rearrangements depending on the actual situation and reserves the right of final decision.
21.    The Experience and this E-ticket are subject to these terms and conditions, “AIRSIDE | SpongeBob SquarePants: Bikini Bottom Bites & Delights”Terms and Conditions (see https://bit.ly/4bmEzCV), the NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-conditions) and any other terms and conditions prescribed by Nan Fung from time to time. The relevant NF Touch member and the participant hereby agree to the aforesaid terms and conditions.
22.    Nan Fung is entitled to deal with any E-tickets at its absolute discretion at any time without prior notice or compensation.
23.    Nan Fung reserves the right to void the E-tickets of any member who is considered by Nan Fung as violating any law or any of the applicable terms and conditions or for any other reasons.
24.    Nan Fung reserves the right to modify the structure and content of the Experience at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to: any content of the mobile app or website; the redemption/purchase method; these terms and conditions; other items; and/or termination of the Experience. Participants should read the latest information about the Experience, including the latest version of these terms and conditions, before participating in the Experience. Whenever a Participant participates in the Experience, he/she confirms that he/she has accepted all relevant changes to the structure and content of the Experience. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates will not be responsible/liable for any loss and/or damage resulting from changes to the structure and/or content, including any alteration and/or update of the terms and conditions.
25.    Nan Fung reserves the right to change the applicable terms and conditions at any time without notice.
26.    By participating in the Experience, the member and the participant hereby agree to all applicable terms and conditions of the Experience and the relevant Privacy Policy(ies) (https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-conditions#privacy_policy) and Personal Information Collection Statement (https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-conditions#personal_information) of Nan Fung. If a member/participant is below the age of 18, he/she confirms that he/she has consulted his/her parent/legal guardian regarding the relevant Privacy Policy(ies), Personal Information Collection Statement and terms and conditions, and have duly obtained the consent of the parent/legal guardian to his/her provision of personal information and his/her participation in the Experience.
27.    In case of dispute, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision on all related matters.
28.    No person other than the relevant Member, Participant, Nan Fung and its affiliates will have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefits of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
29.    The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
30.    These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) and all parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

1.    Please present this E-ticket to participate in the Experience. This E-ticket is only valid for the Experience and the time period set out on the E-ticket, no request for changes will be entertained.
2.    This E-ticket can only be used once. Please arrive at the venue before the commencement of the designated period and present this E-ticket for registration.
3.    Only one person aged 13 or above, or one child aged 12 or below together with one parent or legal guardian aged 18 or above, may participate in the Experience with this E-ticket. Participants aged 12 or below must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or above at all times.
