The theme for Nan Fung Group’s “In Time Of” this year is “Sports Date”. We hope to promote the awareness of physical and mental health through popular sports games. Seven mini sports game designed by KaCaMa's designer Match and the In Time Of team were played at Tseung Kwan O Plaza and The Mills, including football, frisbee, basketball, lacrosse, finger pulling, running and yoga.
To get prepared for the “In Time Of: Sports Date”, which will take place from 3 January to 12 January, we will organise “Sports Date Warm-up” at AIRSIDE, a new project of Nan Fung Group in Kai Tak, from 2 November till 15 November.

In November’s Sports Date Warm-up, there are mainly two areas, they are “Sports Date Playground” and
“Texture of Daily Life Select Market”.
In an effort to let people better understand their emotional and mental health and to introduce them to other communities and organisations in Hong Kong, "Sports Date Playground" is a collaboration between a number of community groups and physical and mental health organisations to host workshops on these topics. The Make a Difference (MaD) team, Tin Library, Health Balance Team, Loserity, HK La Liga Football Academy, and several special local sports teams are all involved in the workshops, in addition to the seven "Sports Date" mini sports game that are already in place. We hope that everyone will be the first to experience them.
[Texture of Daily Life Select Market] * The majority of the participating stores and brands are unique and local. You can attend workshops to learn more about the creative concepts and production processes of these stores and brands in addition to shopping for unique local items.
The local sports company ATACAR, which will sell sporting goods and showcase their year-long partnership with the In Time Of team, will also be present at the market. In workshops, they let members of various groups participate by using jerseys as a medium. They strengthened and developed recognition and concept promotion among the groups through the workshops.
Along with the aforementioned activities and showcases, we will also organise three workshops in collaboration with Talking Mental, where we can exchange stories about our lives and process our emotions while walking and talking.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
【In Time Of “Sports Date Warm-up @ AIRSIDE” (“Event”) Terms and Conditions】
1.Event Period: 2 November to 19 November 2023 (Both dates inclusive).
2. Venue: G008, G/F, AIRSIDE
3. Venue Opening Hours: from 12pm to 8pm during the Event Period
4. The dates, times, venue, number of attendee(s) and structure of the Event or any part thereof may be changed or the Event or any part thereof may be cancelled for any reason without prior notice. Please pay attention to any notices on the Facebook pages of AIRSIDE and In Time Of or at the relevant venue.
5. Inclement weather policy: If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted and is in force at 8:00am on a day during the Event Period, the Event will be cancelled for that day. If the Event is in progress and one of the above warning signals is hoisted, the Event will be stopped for that day as soon as practical.
6. Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited, any of its group companies and/or their respective agents (collectively, “Nan Fung”) and the organizer(s) reserve the right to make any arrangements they consider appropriate in response to the weather condition or other situations without prior notice.
7. The Event is subject to these terms and conditions, the NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions found in the “NF Touch” app and other applicable terms and conditions.
8. Only members of “NF Touch” (“Member”) may apply to purchase e-ticket(s) for the Event (“E-ticket(s)”) via the NF Touch mobile app. The price and the items included for each E-ticket are set out in the table below:

Please refer to the NF Touch mobile app or on-site timetable for further details of events on each day. Members holding an E-ticket are required to visit the Venue during the Opening Hours to redeem the relevant items, the Day Pass is only valid on the day of redemption.
9. Payment for an E-ticket must be made by one of the prescribed online payment methods. Nan Fung may change the prescribed online payment methods at any time without notice.
10. Successfully purchased E-ticket(s) will be added to the Member’s e-wallet. The E-tickets are subject to the In Time Of “Sports Date Warm-up @ AIRSIDE” E-Tickets Terms and Conditions (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/tnc) and other applicable terms and conditions.
11. All activities in the Event (“Activities”) (including all the materials and equipment (if any)) are organized/provided by third-party service provider(s). Nan Fung gives no guarantee or warranty in relation to the any Activity, relevant materials, finished products and services and shall have no liability in any event for any loss or damage related to any aspect thereof, including but not limited to any loss or damage related to accuracy, fitness, quality or usage. Nan Fung shall have no liability and shall not be held responsible or liable for any complaints, claims, loss or damage related to the Activities.
12. Members shall be responsible for reviewing and confirming that all the information, including but not limited to name of the E-ticket, date and time, the amounts, and payment information (if applicable), are true, accurate and complete before submitting the registration and/or making the payment. Any discounts, deductions, coupons and privileges shall be applied before making the payment. Submission of the registration and/or making of the payment shall mean that the Member accepts all items and amounts and no amendment requests will be entertained (including any requests for changing the applicable date and time slot of the E-ticket). All fees and liabilities arising out of a purchase made under a Member’s name are the Member’s sole responsibility.
13. All payments will be processed by third party payment service provider(s). Members shall understand that their credit card/payment information may be stored with third party payment service provider(s) upon confirmation of the order information and payment. To the extent permitted by law, Nan Fung and/or its affiliates will not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect and consequential loss) suffered by Members by reason of (i) any failure, delay, interruption, suspension or any other restriction affecting their online payment; (ii) any errors, malfunctions or breakdown of their bank’s payment mechanism; or (iii) any other matter arising out of, or in connection with, the online payment system.
14. Members must ensure that there are sufficient funds on their credit card or their relevant account to fulfil payment of an order. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates will not bear any responsibility in any case of failure of order placement caused by insufficient funds.
15. The E-tickets can only be used by the Member. All E-tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or traded for cash, other products, gifts or services for any reason.
16. Any content related to health, medical treatment, fitness or health care and any opinions, suggestions, statements, services, offers or other information expressed or provided in the Event are provided by third-party organizer(s)/service providers, and not by Nan Fung. Nan Fung makes no warranties, representations or guarantees as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness or usefulness of any content, or its merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
17. All rewards (if any), the Gift and E-tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
18. All redemption and registration procedures must be completed in accordance with the instructions of the staff of Nan Fung. The staff of Nan Fung may require Members to provide identification document(s) and/or other personal data (including but not limited to their name and/or payment/credit card information) for verification of the Member’s eligibility, payment purposes and/or for internal administrative and auditing purposes. If a Member refuses to provide the requisite information, Nan Fung reserves the right to refuse carrying out redemption/registration procedures for the Member or to disqualify the Member from participating in the Event. Before providing any personal data, Members must thoroughly read and accept the Personal Information Collection Statement of Nan Fung.
19. Participants must present a valid physical Day Pass to participate / enjoy the relevant Activities. Each physical Day Pass can only be used by one person (regardless of age) for the participation / enjoyment of Activities available on the specific day. Physical Day Passes are invalid and not replaceable or refundable if lost or found defaced or damaged.
20. Members must ensure that any information they submit is genuine and correct.
21. In no event shall Nan Fung be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature or causes beyond their reasonable control including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, shortages of labour or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God or delays or non-performance by third parties.
22. The Event may be subject to delays, errors or omissions resulting from technical issues such as problems with machines, servers or networks, etc., Nan Fung shall not be held liable for any delays, errors, omissions and/or any loss and/or damage in connection therewith.
23. All rewards, Gifts and E-tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or traded for cash, other products, gifts or services for any reason.
24. Nan Fung shall have no liability and shall not be held responsible or liable for any complaints, claims, loss or damage related to the Event, the Gift or rewards (including but not limited to complaints, claims, losses or damages related to their quality, content or usage).
25. Members agree that their participation in the Event or any Activity is at their own risk. Members shall be responsible for their safety and the safety of their companions (including their children) and their respective personal belongings. Members shall not cause any danger, injuries, damage or nuisance, etc. to others or the property of others. Nan Fung shall not be responsible or liable for any injuries or damage/loss of property caused by the Event, redemption or participation in any Activity (including but not limited to liabilities, claims, demands or damages actual or consequential, disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected), and Members shall be solely responsible for all such liabilities, claims, demands and/or damages. If Members designate another person to participate in any Activity (subject to Nan Fung’s approval) (“Designated Person”), the Member shall be solely responsible for all such liabilities, claims, demands and/or damages arising out of or in connection with any act, default, neglect or omission of the Designated Person (including but not limited to liabilities, claims, demands or damages actual or consequential, disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected), as if he/she were the Designated Person.
26. Any Designated Person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian all the time to participate in the Event.
27. Each time a participant participates in the Event (including any Activity), the participant shall be deemed to have made the following Participant’s Declaration: “Participant’s Declaration: I hereby declare and confirm that I am healthy, physically fit and suitable to participate in this activity. I hereby waive any claim or cause of action against and release Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited, the organizer of this activity, any of their group companies and/or their respective agents/representatives, from any liability for injuries to person, death and damage to property arising from my participation in this activity.”
28. The Event may be photographed and/or video-recorded by Nan Fung and such photographs and videos will be used for promotion usage. Participants agree to be photographed or video-recorded during the Event.
29. All pictures are for reference only.
30. Nan Fung reserves the right to modify the structure and content of the Event at any time without prior notice, including the NF Touch app or the website; the redemption method; content of the Activities; these terms and conditions; other items; and termination of the Event and/or any Activity. It is the responsibility of Members to keep themselves up-to-date in respect of any changes to the structure and content of the Event, including these terms and conditions. Whenever a Member participates in the Event, he/she will be deemed to accept all relevant changes to the structure and content of the Event. Nan Fung will not be responsible/liable for any loss and/or damage resulting from changes to the structure and/or content, including any alteration and/or update of the terms and conditions.
31. Purchase of E-tickets and participation in the Event will all be deemed to be the acceptance of all terms and conditions of the Event by the Member.
32. In case of any disputes, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision.
33. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
34. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of Hong Kong and all relevant parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
