Prolonged desk work and long hours in front of screens are primary causes of chronic workplace fatigue and poor posture. To address this, AIRSIDE has partnered with Balancd to bring NF Workplace members the Kung Fu for Fitness Workshop. Blending the essence of traditional Kung Fu with modern evidence-based medicine, this program is co-designed by doctors and physiotherapists. It transforms martial arts movements into targeted full-body stress-relief training, effectively correcting common office posture issues.

🙆🏼‍♂️ Suitable for all fitness levels – beginner-friendly

👕 No extra equipment needed – simply wear comfortable casual clothing and bring your own water bottle to stay hydrated.
