“The Love and the Pain of Strain” As busy city dwellers facing a fast-paced lifestyle and overwhelming workloads, how long has it been since you paused to take good care of your body? 

Now is the chance to slow down and show care to the body that has worked tirelessly for us. We will be hosting “Gentle Yoga” and “Sports Therapy” workshops at Airside 約好村莊. Led by professional and experienced instructors, participants will learn effective ways to relieve pain and prevent strain injuries. 

Gentle Yoga and Sports Therapy Workshops 

Schedule: 

1. Gentle Yoga Class  2:00–2:30 p.m. (4 spots)
2. Gentle Yoga Class  2:45–3:15 p.m. (4 spots)
3. Sports Therapy Class  3:30–4:15 p.m. (6 spots)
4. Sports Therapy Class  4:30–5:15 p.m. (6 spots) 

Fee: HKD 40 per person 

• Remarks: Exercises will mainly be performed while seated on chairs.
• Participants only need to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
