1.    By applying to participate in the event, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions set forth herein.
2.    Only the NF Touch Member (“Member”) who holds this e-ticket in his/her NF Touch mobile app can use this e-ticket. This e-ticket is only usable during the validity period specified on this e-ticket (“Designated Period”). The Designated Period of this e-ticket cannot be changed.
3.    The quota is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Each Member may apply only once.
4.    This e-ticket can be used once only. Please arrive at the event location 10 minutes before your session starts and present this e-ticket and other required documents to attend the event.  Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited, any of its group companies and/or their respective agents (collectively, “Nan Fung”) and/or the event organizer/instructor (“Organizer”) reserve the right to disqualify late Members from participating in the event.  This e-ticket will be forfeited automatically upon use or expiry.  Printed copies or screenshot images will not be accepted.
5.    The staff of Nan Fung and the Organizer may require event participants (“Participants”) to provide identification document(s) and/or other personal data (including but not limited to their name) for verification of their identities.  If a Participant refuses to provide the requisite information, Nan Fung and the Organizer reserve the right to disqualify the Participant. Before providing any personal data, Participants must thoroughly read and accept Nan Fung’s Personal Information Collection Statement (https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-and-conditions#pics), Privacy Policy (https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-and-conditions#privacy_policy) and the Privacy Policy under Personal Information Protection Law (https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-conditions#pipl). A Participant below the age of 18 must consult his/her parent/legal guardian regarding the relevant Privacy Policies, Personal Information Collection Statement and terms and conditions, and duly obtain the consent of his/her parent/legal guardian to his/her provision of personal information.
6.    Participants must follow the instructions of the staff of Nan Fung and the Organizer during the event.  (If applicable) The Organizer will provide the materials and tools for use, Participants can take away the finished products made by themselves.
7.    The event (including all materials and prizes (if any)) may be organized/provided by third-party service provider(s).  Nan Fung and Manulife (International) Limited (“Manulife”) give no guarantee or warranty in relation to the event, relevant materials, finished products and services and shall have no liability in any event for any loss or damage related to any aspect thereof, including but not limited to the accuracy, quality or usage.
8.    This e-ticket cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or traded for cash, other products, gifts or services for any reason (including any failure to attend the event).
9.    Participants attend this event on a voluntary basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nan Fung and Manulife shall not be responsible or liable for any complaints, claims, loss or damage related to the event.
10.    Participants are not allowed to take photos, record sound or video during the event.
11.    This e-ticket is invalid and not replaceable or refundable if lost or found defaced or damaged.
12.    Participants agree that their participation in the event is at their own risk, and shall be responsible for their safety and the safety of their companions (including their children) and their respective personal belongings.  Participants shall not cause any danger, injuries or nuisance, etc. to others or the property of others.  Nan Fung and Manulife shall not be responsible or liable for any injuries or damage/loss of property caused by/during the event (including but not limited to liabilities, claims, demands or damages actual or consequential, disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected), and Participants shall be solely responsible for all such liabilities, claims, demands and/or damages and fully indemnify Nan Fung and/or Manulife. If Members designate another person to participate in the event (subject to Nan Fung and the Organizer’s approval) (“Designated Person”), the Member shall be solely responsible for all such liabilities, claims, demands and/or damages arising out of or in connection with any act, default, neglect or omission of the Designated Person (including but not limited to liabilities, claims, demands or damages actual or consequential, disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected) and fully indemnify and hold harmless Nan Fung, Manulife and the Organizer in respect of the same.
13.    Any Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian all the time to participate in the event.
14.    The event may be photographed and/or video-recorded by Nan Fung and/or Manulife for promotion usage. Participants agree to be photographed or video-recorded during the process.
15.    All pictures and descriptions are for reference only.
16.    Nan Fung reserves the right to change the date, time, location and content of the event without prior notice.
17.    If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or "extreme conditions" announced by the Government is in force 3 hours before any particular activity/experience is scheduled to begin, that activity/experience will be cancelled or postponed. Participants should refer to NF Touch and/or the relevant shopping mall's mobile app, official website and/or social media channels and/or notices posted at the venue for updates. Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision on all arrangements.
18.    The event and this e-ticket are subject to these terms and conditions, Manulife x AIRSIDE Longevity & Wellbeing Fest Terms and Conditions (see https://bit.ly/4vAk0ej), the NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/tnc) and any other terms and conditions prescribed by Nan Fung from time to time.
19.    Nan Fung is entitled to deal with any e-ticket(s) at its absolute discretion at any time without prior notice or compensation.
20.    Nan Fung reserves the right to void the E- ticket(s) of any Members who is considered by it as violating any law or any of the applicable terms and conditions or for any other reasons.
21.    The event (including any activities and experiences) may be cancelled due to inclement weather conditions or other factors. Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision on the arrangement in that situation.
22.    Nan Fung has the right to suspend, cancel or vary the event (or any part thereof) at any time at its absolute discretion for any reason without notice.
23.    Nan Fung has the right to vary the content of any applicable terms and conditions without notice.
24.    Use of this e-ticket or participation in the event will all be deemed to be the acceptance of these terms and conditions by the Participant.
25.    In case of dispute, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision on all related matters.
26.    The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
27.    These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of Hong Kong and all relevant parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
