【“Breaking Experience Workshop” (“Event”) Terms and Conditions】

1. The date, time, venue, number of attendees and structure of the Event may be changed or the Event may be canceled for any reason without prior notice or compensation. Please pay attention to any notices on the Facebook page of AIRSIDE or at the relevant venue.
2. The Event is subject to these terms and conditions, the NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions found in the “NF Touch” mobile app (“NF Touch App”) and other applicable terms and conditions.
3. E-tickets for the Event can only be purchased by members of “NF Touch” (“Member”) via the NF Touch App or the NF Touch Event Ticketing website (https://events.nftouch.com.hk/en/). 
4. Payment for an e-ticket must be made by one of the prescribed online payment methods. Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited, its group companies and/or their respective agents (“Nan Fung”) may change the prescribed online payment methods at any time without notice.
5. Members shall be responsible for reviewing and confirming that all the information, including but not limited to name of the e-ticket, date and time, the amounts, and payment information, are true, accurate and complete before making the payment. Any discounts, deductions, coupons and privileges shall be applied before making the payment. Making the payment shall mean that the Member accepts all items, details, dates, times and amounts and no amendment requests will be entertained (including any requests for changing the applicable date and time slot of the e-ticket). All fees and liabilities arising out of a purchase made under a Member’s name are the Member’s sole responsibility.
6. All payments will be processed by third party payment service provider(s). Members shall understand that their credit card/payment information may be stored with third party payment service provider(s) upon confirmation of the order information and payment. To the extent permitted by law, Nan Fung and/or its affiliates will not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect and consequential loss) suffered by Members by reason of (i) any failure, delay, interruption, suspension or any other restriction affecting their online payment; (ii) any errors, malfunctions or breakdown of their bank’s payment mechanism; or (iii) any other matter arising out of, or in connection with, the online payment system.
7. Members must ensure that there are sufficient credit/funds on the credit card or their relevant payment account to fulfil payment. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates will not bear any responsibility in any case of failure of order placement caused by insufficient credit/funds.
8. Successfully purchased e-ticket(s) will be added to the Member’s NF Touch e-wallet.  The e-tickets are subject to the “Breaking Experience Workshop – Public Trial” E-Ticket Terms and Conditions (see https://events.nftouch.com.hk/en/) and other applicable terms and conditions. 
9. The e-ticket(s) can only be used by the Member. 
10. All e-tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. 
11. The eligibility for joining the Event is decided at the absolute discretion of Nan Fung. The enrolment quota is limited and there will be no room for additional participants once all the quotas have been filled.
12. Each Participant shall complete registration and sign a Participant’s Confirmation (see https://m1.nftouch.com.hk/Whats-on/2024/Breaking%20Battle/AIRSIDE_BreakingBattle_Confirmation_Below18.pdf) at the Event venue for participating in the Event at least 15 minutes before the commencement of the applicable period for their e-tickets (“Registration Time”). All procedures must be completed in accordance with the instructions of the staff of Nan Fung. The staff of Nan Fung may require Participants to provide identification document(s) and/or other personal data (including but not limited to their name and/or payment/credit card information) for verification of the Participant’s eligibility, payment purposes and/or for internal administrative and auditing purposes.  If a Participant refuses to provide the requisite information or sign the Participant’s Confirmation, Nan Fung reserves the right to refuse carrying out procedures for the Participant or to disqualify the Participant from the Event or any part thereof. Before providing any personal data, Participants must thoroughly read and accept the Personal Information Collection Statement and the Privacy Policy of Nan Fung (please refer to the NF Touch App).
13. Any Participant who fails to be at the Event venue at the Registration Time will be deemed to have abandoned the participation right without any refund of the participation fee. 
14. Each Participant must follow the instructions of the staff of Nan Fung, the relevant organizer (if any) and the referee and the Rules of the Competition when participating in the Event. 
15. Participants must be aged from 6 to 15. 
16. Participants must ensure that any information they submit is genuine and correct.
17. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates give no guarantee or warranty in relation to the Events (including the activities, facilities, relevant materials, prizes and services) and shall have no liability in any event for any direct or indirect loss or damage related to any aspect thereof, including but not limited to the accuracy, quality or usage.  Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall have no liability and shall not be held responsible or liable for any complaints, claims, loss or damage related to the Events whatsoever.
18. In no event shall Nan Fung and/or its affiliates be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature or causes beyond their reasonable control including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, shortages of labour or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God or delays or non-performance by third parties.
19. The Event may be subject to delays, errors or omissions resulting from technical issues such as problems with machines, servers or networks, etc., Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall have no liability and shall not be held liable for any delays, errors, omissions and/or any loss and/or damage in connection therewith.
20. All e-tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or traded for cash, other products, gifts or services for any reason. 
21. The Members and the Participants agree that their participation in the Event is at their own risk. Participants shall be responsible for their safety and the safety of their accompanying person(s) (including any children) and their respective personal belongings. Participants shall not cause any danger, injuries or nuisance, etc. to others or the property of others. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall not be responsible or liable for any illness, injuries or damage/loss of property (including but not limited to liabilities, claims, demands or damages actual or consequential, disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected) caused by the Event or the use of the e-tickets tickets, and Participants shall be solely responsible for all such risks, liabilities, claims, demands and/or damages. If a Participant designates another person to participate in any event (subject to the approval of Nan Fung and the organizer) (“Designated Person”), the Participant shall be solely responsible for all such liabilities, claims, demands and/or damages arising out of or in connection with any act, default, neglect or omission of the Designated Person (including but not limited to liabilities, claims, demands or damages actual or consequential, disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected), as if he/she were the Designated Person.
22. The Event may be photographed and/or video-recorded by Nan Fung and/or its affiliates. Participants agree to be photographed or video-recorded during the process and agree to Nan Fung and/or its affiliates’ use (including dissemination or publication) of such photographs and videos in any manner for commercial or promotion purposes.
23. All images are for reference only.
24. The Event may be delayed, cancelled or altered due to inclement weather conditions or other factors, Nan Fung reserves the right to make rearrangements depending on the actual situation and reserves the right of final decision.
25. Nan Fung reserves the right to modify the structure and content of the Event at any time without prior notice, including any content of the NF Touch App or the website; the redemption/purchase method; these terms and conditions; other items; and termination of the Event. It is the responsibility of the Participant to keep themselves up-to-date in respect of any changes to the structure and content of the Event, including these terms and conditions. Whenever a Participant participates in the Event, he/she will be deemed to have accepted all relevant changes to the structure and content of the Event. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates will not be responsible/liable for any loss and/or damage resulting from changes to the structure and/or content, including any alteration and/or update of the terms and conditions.
26. Registration for purchase, use of e-tickets or participation in the Event will all be deemed to be the acceptance of all terms and conditions of the Event by the Member and the Participant. 
27. In case of any disputes, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision.
28. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
29. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) and all relevant parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

【 “Breaking Experience Workshop” (“Event”) E-Ticket Terms and Conditions*】

1. The NF Touch Member (“Member”) who holds this E-ticket can participate in the Event. This E-ticket is only usable before the start of the applicable period (“Designated Period”). The Designated Period of this E-ticket cannot be changed.
2. This E-ticket can only be used by the Member and can only be used once. The Member must arrive at the Event venue 15 minutes before the commencement of the Designated Period (“Registration Time”) and present this E-ticket to complete the registration. 
3. Any Participant who fails to be at the Event venue at the Registration Time will be deemed to have abandoned the participation right without any refunds of the participation fee.
4. This E-ticket will be forfeited automatically upon use or expiry.  Printed copies or screen shots images will not be accepted.
5. This E-ticket is invalid and not replaceable or refundable if lost or found defaced or damaged.
6. This E-ticket cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or traded for cash, other products, gifts or services for any reason (including absence from the Event).
7. The Event and this E-ticket are subject to these terms and conditions, “Breaking Experience Workshop – Public Trial” Terms & Conditions (see https://events.nftouch.com.hk/en/), the NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/tnc) and any other terms and conditions prescribed by Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited, its group companies and/or their respective agents (collectively, “Nan Fung”) from time to time.
8. Nan Fung is entitled to deal with any E-tickets at its absolute discretion at any time without prior notice or compensation.  
9. Nan Fung reserves the right to void the E-tickets of any Member who is considered by Nan Fung as violating any law or any of the applicable terms and conditions or for any other reasons.
10. Use of this E-ticket or participation in the Event will all be deemed to be the acceptance of these terms and conditions by the Member and the participant. 
11. In case of dispute, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision on all related matters.
12. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
13. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) and all relevant parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
